Arlene Palazzolo's Online Review Report Card

I have been with Dr. Palazzolo for a little over 2 years now!! I love her!! Yes you have to wait sometimes a while but I’ve NEVER had an issue with the staff being rude and Dr Palazzolo after seeing 2 or 3 other doctors she’s the only one who could get me on the right meds for anxiety!!

First time there she was late wondering when I would see her I ask a member of the staff said she was on her way. Sat in the waiting room one hour. Finally arr8ved the worst experience I have ever had with any doctor. She was rude beyond words she made me feel so uncomfortable. Shame on her for being such a vial doctor. My next appointment will be with the nurse practitioner I never want to see this woman ever again.

I’ve lived locally for only 7 months so I needed to establish new PPO. So far I’ve been extremely happy with the Dr’s Office, Dr Palazzolo has seen myself and both of my adult kids with Special Needs. I’m very picky about our Dr’s due to their needs so it important to me my kids are put at ease. My daughter is particularly severe , Dr Palazzolo has done everything possible to make her visits as stress free as possibles which helps me tremendously, she’s not a fan of Dr’s to begin with, so our experiences so far are definitely positive. The wait times are reasonable, personally I’d like them to be shorter, but I feel like the time waiting is indicative of her spending quality assessment time with her patients, I can’t be disappointed with that! Her staff are lovely, very friendly, caring which I appreciate the compassion, especially with my kids. Covid protocols are in place and I felt very comfortable with them. Check in online, they send you a text notification when you can come in, Seats are spaced out and sanitizer bottles are available, and they open all doors for you to maintain touch contact to a minimum.

Can’t follow instructions won’t even call to check on insurance that if very well to be in network Office staff rude and incompetent

I was put on multiple medications without any refills. I would have to personally contact the office to get my prescriptions refilled each month because they would ignore requests from my pharmacy. They don't return calls. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else.

Would have to leave a voicemail 9 out of 10 times which they would also ignore. Go elsewhere, don't waste your time with this doctor.

She is usually very thorough and staff very pleasant. I had a telephone visit due to COVID-19 and she was very helpful.

She should just throw in the towel. She misdiagnosed me and it almost cost me my life. I couldnt breathe while I was waiting for her and alerted medical asst but Dr said oh well if she can't breathe tell her to go to er and she took her sweet time to come check me. She sees medicaid patients which is why she is so over booked. She is super slow. I do not trust this doctor. She doesn't care about her patients

I've been a patient for over 10 years. She is one of the best doctors I've seen in Florida. She is very experienced, thorough and takes the time every patient needs. This means the you will wait in her office for some time before she gets to you but she goes the extra mile to ensure your medical need is met. For me that is worth it. I wish more doctors were like her. I refuse to see anyone else and have consistently told her she can't retire. LOL Thank Dr. P for always being there for your patients. You and your team are appreciated.

From the receptionist to nurse Genesis & Dr Palazzolo it was a wonderful experience. The staff was professional & friendly. The Dr. was so far the best Dr I’ve seen in Florida. She looked at me,,, which most Drs don’t do anymore because they are to busy looking at their computers. She reviewed my medical history & went over my results & gave me options to just medicine. She examined me and answered all my questions. I did wait a little but it was worth it. She took her time with me & was not rushing me out. So if other patients are waiting a long time is because she takes her time with her patients and listens. I absolutely recommend Dr Palazzolo. She was wonderful.
