I contacted this office on behalf of a friend who had been a patient of Dr Rego for more than 30 years. This friend had been hospitalized and subsequently placed in a nursing home and (in my opinion) not receiving adequate care. Neither I or my friend heard anything from him or his office. 30 years?!.

Dr Rego is a wonderful doctor. Staff is horrible. Wait time is horrible. If you know doctor is ALWAYS at least an hour behind, don’t make appointments 15 minutes apart!!!!!

Dr. Rego is wonderful. Prepare to wait. At least 1 to 2 hour wait. Staff horrible. Nurses nice. Just keep in mind to wait, wait and wait some more.

I believe Dr. Rego is a good doctor, but his staff doesn't know what the heck their doing. I have been having major issues with the office. They do not listen to you my insurance company have been having issues with the benefit coordinator. I definitely will be changing doctors very soon. Tired of all the nonsense with these people.

I drive from another town just to see Dr Rego. He treated my mother for more than a decade, until she passed in 2004, and has been my primary care physician for just short of 15 years. He has always met all the highest standards of a trusted and knowledgeable physician. I rely on his professional acumen and cherish his welcoming demeanor. He has always made me feel well cared for and has seen me through numerous serious conditions. I trust his judgement and his candid honesty. He has always been forthright in his guidance . I truly do not recognize the negative person/s described in the two negative reviews.I know there were some disgruntled employees awhile back and have my suspicions that this may be the source of the two poor reviews below.

Arrived 15 minutes early to my 930 am appointment. I waited until 11 am and had not been seen nor did the nurse know when the doctor would get to see me. I had been going to Dr. Rego for over 5 yrs. Now that he joined a new medical group and added a doctor to his staff, this medical practice has lost all respect for their patients. Again I had an appointment I was not a walking at 1115 am I finally asked for a refund of my co-pay and left. This practice lost the personal touch and respect that they had for everyone. Save yourself from a horrible experience and stay away.

I have seen Dr Rego for about 10 years. You may have to wait, but that is because he takes the time to listen and makes you feel, once in a diagnostic, that you are the most important thing at the moment.
