I just submitted a formal review against this office and the owner, Ilkania Lopez. I had submitted a review a 1 star review a few days ago and she took it upon herself to confront my sister (who is also a patient there) and humiliated her in front of all the patients and staff in the lobby. My sister was confused, the owner assumed it was her since we have the same last name. I am a former patient that was also very unhappy. They decided to retaliate against my sister because of my review and dropped her 1 week before her due date and she is high risk and needs a C Section. Very unprofessional…even one of the nurses in the office was appalled and apologized to my sister privately for the owner’s actions.

This whole office needs new staff. Dr. Lopez is always clueless to all his patients. Does not even realize when he has high-risk pregnancy patient and does not give them the appropriate treatment. The staff is super unorganized and unprofessional. A few times I’ve walked in the office and had to wait a couple of minutes for the staff to stop gossiping and joking around so they can acknowledge their patients.

Súper bueno el doctor y la partera. Las chicas que trabajan allí son increíbles, me hacen sentir en familia cada vez que voy. Son muy atentos a tu trabajo. Tuve mi primer embarazo con ellos & el segundo decidí también seguir asistiendo al mismo doctor ya que me encanta mucho el trato en su oficina. Los recomiendo 100%

DR.Kimberly es un amor en persona muy atenta y compresiva, las chicas secretarias son muy amable y servicial. He esto días he tenido un poco de complicaciones y Dr. Kimberly a sido muy profesional atendiendo mis llamadas. Gracias a todos por su servicios 🙌🏽
