I am so very displeased with the clinics, inability to accurately deliver, whether or not a physician there speaks the language of my parents. I closed my clinic for the whole day, just to come with them for an appointment after the customer service rep confirmed, and assured me that physician there speaks their language, and after taking the day and coming with both my parents and my child, I arrive at the clinic, fill all the paperwork just to be informed by the physician that she does not speak the language, which was a total waste of time, and this is so wrong.

I Waited until almost 2:00pm for my 1: 20pm appointment. Had to leave before having my bloodwork done because I waited another 15 minutes after the doctor left and the PA still hadn’t came to do my lab work. I come back the next day to have my lab work completed and still had to wait 15 minutes before I was seen. As if they were not prepared for my appointment. Another 10 minutes just for them to bring me a cup for my urine sample, I guess they didn’t know that was part of the lab work either. I find this office to be very inconsiderate of their patient’s time. And very unprepared. I’m strongly considering changing my PC doctor.
