The assistant that takes your vitals is rude. He will openly speak poorly of patients, to where everyone can hear it. If you make an appointment, expect to be there hours later. Unprofessional is an understatement. Find somewhere that actually cares about you, not this money hungry office.
I can’t say enough about the wonderful staff at this office. I have received such wonderful care here. Steven Stoltzenberg PA is extremely knowledgeable and caring. He is never too busy to stop and answer questions or give me advice. The staff has shown my husband and I great kindness and caring. We actually look forward to our shots, because it means we get to visit them again. They are very professional. I highly recommend this office.
DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. I transferred here temporarily during my pregnancy to receive my allergy injections while waiting for the arrival of my son. I brought specific instructions from my allergist on the required dose and they completely messed up my dose and didn't recorded the correct injection doses THE ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. They also INCREASED my dose, which CAN NOT be done during pregnancy, when they had specific instructions NOT to do this. I'm now back home and my allergist is in complete disbelief at how they can be so unprofessional. We basically have no idea what was given to me for two months which has now caused a THREE week delay in my injections because I have to start all over again. DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE.
I feel better a lot I was allergic for 4 years. I was itching and had allergies. I am shot on my arm for allergies itchy every week.
Unacceptable long wait times!!
The doctors and staff are nice welcoming, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend that if you ever have an appointment or even a walk in, please make sure to take the day off or don't plan to do something close to your appointment afterwards. There are times when they get very behind due lack of staffing or whatever the situation may be and you find yourself waiting longer than expected. Especially, of its a scratch test, do take the day off because it's a long appointment. The waiting to be seen has been the biggest inconveniences for patients in general. Also, make sure when paying for your appointment, to get your receipt for your records to keep for least a year.
Hello, My daughter went to this facility due to having hives/welts for over her body for 3 weeks with nothing OTC helping. She seen the PA Steven Stoltzenberg which informed my daughter they are going to run some labs, send her another type of antihistamine which he called (Zyrtec) which was not what was sent it was Xytrel plus Singular and set her up to do a skin test. Labs were completed and she was taking the medications with no results. She went to the appointment for the skin test and was informed she is allergic to several thing which is funny cause the only red bump or redness was from the Histamine control which was number 2. I have pictures of all this. This PA was pushing Xolair on my daughter instead of trying something less expensive. He did not look at pictures we have taken since this all started. Even the nurse told my daughter she is not allergic to anything her back for the skin test is negative. She went to a new MD doctor and was told that the skin test was unnecessary. Now she has a 300-dollar bill for a skin test that was unnecessary. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are money hungry and never answer their phone. Someone could die before they pick up the phone.
For the 5+ years, I recommend everyone to Dr. allergist specialists! Thank you for five great years , on treating my condition
The office staff and nurses are loving and caring; however, what I found to be very wrong and unfair is the fact that I have to pay a $40.00 co-pay, and the office bills my medical insurance carrier over $700 US dollars for my daughter to have a nurse inject her a medication I provide to them. There are no Doctor services of any kind involved, only the Nurse's visit. I'm outraged! Isn't that fraud? Another wrong thing is that on their website, there is no way to cancel an appointment, only to make one, and the office phone is full of voice messages. Therefore, you cannot leave a voice message. Additionally, when calling during business hours, the phone rings and rings, and no one picks it up. That is frustrating!
I have very bad allergies was going to A Dr Fred Umeh for a few years he has several offices and I hate to say that the staff and the health was horrible always messed up my appointments next up my allergy shot they were never on time given the shot called in to the office several times and did not have my shot there this is why I changed doctors and went with Dr. Steve this office is great the staff is great on time very friendly I recommend anybody out there who has allergies to go to this doctor and the office thank you very much for being so kind and helpful all the staff in the office God bless shoes and your family and I’m very glad I found this office I will continue to go here 🙏🏻🙏🏻👨⚕️👍👍 Good job guys keep up the good work

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
