Excelente pediatra, muy mal equipo. Aún no se por qué teniendo malas referencias los tiene trabajando, perdió 3 pacientes solo por que su equipo es muy malo dando el servicio

I have been taking my kid here for years, and I love Dr Lopez Astrid she is the best pediatrician ever. My kids loves her.

We continue to use this doctor *solely* because she (Dr. Astrid Lopez) is very sweet and I’ve never had issues with her service. The office staff here is abhorrent. The front desk women are always extremely rude and make it a bad day just walking through the doors to see their surly faces and hear them snapping nonsense at you. The office is extremely outdated and in poor shape. Needs new flooring, medical exam tables, paint, wall decor. It looks like a very cheap office with all the papers slapped all over the walls askew with tape. Overall, needs to be updated along with the staff.

Worst pediatrician office ever! Not really the doctor but the staff is horrible specially the nurse (staff). Never a smile or warm greeting. They always FORGET to print and/or fax referrals. I have an appointment in 2 days with my child's specialist and they need an updated referral my child was seen by Dr. Lopez a month ago and they were supposed to fax the referral that day. Specialist office has not yet received the referral. Been calling the office for 2 days and no one answers passed by the office and it was closed (during business hours). Don't waste your time coming here!!! Changing my kids doctor TODAY!!!

PÉSIMA! No conozco aún a la pediatra, pero el personal es patético, son groseras e insolentes sin respeto por el personal que ahí acude o llama, y lo que hacen es invitarte a cambiarte de médico... Sin solucionar! Muy mal sabor realmente.

This is my daughters pediatrician since she is around 4 years old. I went today for a physical and they refused to see her because in their system there is another primary doctors name. I called my insurance and they said there’s no other doctors name on their system and she can be seen by them with no problems because there is no restrictions plus the Dr is on the network. The nurse or who ever the person they have in charge of insurance billing did not even make an effort to try again on the computer to see if she was doing something wrong. She just printed the document that says the other dr’s name and that’s it. I even said I’ll pay for the visit because it was very important but they didn’t care. After 1 hour or so I left!! But this is very frustrating because I took a day off from work, my daughter didn’t go to school today, and I really needed that physical for educational services my daughter need at school. Even the insurance agents told me to change pediatricians because they don’t know what they are doing.

I live in PA. Somehow my phone number is in their call system. I have tried for a year to get someone to remove it. Her office says it is not their responsibility so they won't do anything about it. Whoever has an appt on Friday Sept 7th at 10:40am needs to change their contact number. This is getting tiresome. We are at 5 calls now in 3 days. Stop already.
