Capernaum Medical Center's Online Review Report Card

The facility itself is not the best. It feels outdated, not very clean, and appears poorly maintained. More importantly, the customer service needs significant improvement. Some staff members come across as if they’re doing you a favor, even though you’re paying for their services. Calling the office is almost impossible. They simply never answer the phone, so email is by far the easiest way to get in touch with them. One of the male doctors was very difficult to understand, especially while wearing a face mask, which made communication challenging during the appointment. On the other hand, the female doctor—whose name I unfortunately don’t remember—was excellent. She was very thorough, paid close attention to every detail, took the time needed during the visit, and genuinely cared about my child’s lab results and overall well-being. If your main goal is to obtain a diagnosis as quickly as possible so your child can begin receiving services and support instead of waiting a year to see a behavioral specialist, this clinic may be a good option. However, if your child has more complex neurological needs that require long-term specialized care, I personally would not recommend this practice.

This place never answers the phone today I’ve left my 6th message with the AI operator because you can never talk to someone who is human to confirm my son’s appointment. Something I need to request off from work and yet to receive a call back. I’ve been calling at all different times too to see if maybe the receptionist are on lunch NOPE no answer no call back I ask the AI to transfer me to a representative and it makes a noise and states there’s a technical issue. This is ridiculous I just would like to confirm my son’s appointment . Consider this my 7th message
