Had a great experience here. Went in for a sliced finger from a mandolin and from the front desk staff (sorry I missed their names) to the RN Camila (I think) and PA Smith, everything was great. PA Smith was so so gentle taking my ring off my injured finger too, wow I can’t explain how gentle she was. They were so sweet and caring for patient comfort. I’m a big sissy and they took great care of me!! Thank you guys so much for the good vibes. Would totally go back, although let’s be honest I hope I don’t have too. :)))

Very rude staff, and they will make you wait for an hour

I got an appointment online and came on time. There was a line there, and I had to wait 15 minutes to get service. The lady told me I was late and now I had to wait like a walk-in patient. It was wrong! Later another lady told me I had no appointment at 10:30 AM. She was wrong! I showed her a printed confirmation of my appointment, but she was not happy about it. I waited 2 hours and found out that a young Latinos lady who came after me was served before me. I told them about it. So, ladies at that facility are not only rude. They also discriminate patients at their choice.

The worst place I have been … waiting time for long hours. The staff is very rude, I advise you to find a better place for your needs, here they do not serve you well, this place is horrible

The staff were friendly and professional. I was one of the earlier walk in patients. It was a simple and fast process. No uncertainty on there professional and Covid 19 precautions.
