Been coming to celebration eye Care for well over 15 years and always had great friendly service from both Dr. Grand and the office staff and the team that helps with glasses and sunglasses.

I have used this practice for a couple years now. I made an appointment around a month ago and was called this morning and they needed to reschedule my appointment due to my Dr having a medical emergency. This is not the first time this has happened. I am understanding in that life happens and if that is real , i genuinely hope everything works out for the best. As this is the second time in an 18 months span this has happened I find it hard to believe. When my wife called ( because I was in my dentist’s chair) to see if they could fit me in with another doctor because it is almost impossible for me to get time off this time of year, the receptionist was EXTREMELY RUDE. Speaking to my wife as if she were a child. They are extremely expensive, but I will pay for great service and good doctors. The doctor was good but the service and nonsense that comes with it, I can’t and will not justify the cost.

Sonya was absolutely amazing!! She was incredibly nice and made me laugh, walked me through everything I needed to do! Absolutely would recommend Celebration Eye Care!

I can say my experience at Celebration Eye Care was a great experience .The staff is very friendly and welcoming , they were also very helpful. I highly recommend checking them out for an eye visit !!

I have to be honest, I hesitated to come back here because my experience was not the best with last group they had working here. I am happy to say they have a whole new staff and they are absolutely fantastic. As soon as I walked into the office I was greeted with a big friendly smile and a hello. They are all so nice. I am so glad I gave Celebration Eye Care a second chance.

Made an appointment on 6/3 for 6/10. Have an email confirmation. Arrived for appointment and the place is closed. Called to find out what the story is. Said they called on 6/3 to reschedule and also sent an email. No call from them or email. They may be wonderful but be sure you call to see if they are open before heading out for your appointment.

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN MY LIFE TURNED A WAY WITH A CONFRIMED APPOINTMENT. DID NOT CARE SAID IT WAS THE SYSTEM AND LAUGHED IN MY FACE. THESE PEOPLE MUST BE MAKING MILLIONS. THAT THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT NEW PATIENTS. I ALSO HEARD OF OTHERS HAVING SIMULAR ISSUES AND PROBLEMS WITH THE STAFF GIVING PATIENTS A HARD TIME GETTING THEIR GLASSES ADJUSTED. I'LL TAKE MY MONEY ELSEWHERE.
