dr. Villalobos is a great surgeon and doctor.
Not Recommended at ALL. I took my mother there for a large tumor that was growing on her forehead. She had x-ray and MRI performed. My mother is 87 years old and the size on the forehead was about the size of a golf ball. The assistant doctor saw her first and explained the three possibilities of the tumor. The Neurosurgeon enters the room and looks at tumor on the fore head and stated to us, "that tumor requires surgery" . He then stated a biopsy must be done and then surgery. My mother was shaken and told the doctor she had to think about it. I told the Doctor my mother sat over an hour in a MRI exam room at his request and her concern is knowing what type of tumor she has, i.e. Cancerous or Non. His response was "if she is not going to have the surgery, there is no need to do an biopsy". We drove almost a hour to see this doctor and walked out of his office not know what type of tumor my mother has. I immediately notified the family doctor and informed him to watch out for who he recommends to his patients. Thank God, we saw another doctor this past week (11-2--20) and he provided diagnosis and it was great news, non cancerous. I do not recommend this doctor to any family members or friends.
This practice is a real shame, and frankly gives the entire AdventHealth Corporation a bad name. I seen this Dr. for nearly 2 years and at one point the front desk girl and MA were very nice and accommodating, until they were no longer working there and I started seeing new staff there and things changed. The Dr. recommended me for Botox due to severe Migraines which his office manager Nicole was in charge of submitting correct paperwork to my insurance. I went back and fourth for months to get these approved. I myself was in contact with my insurance who was ready to approve it but had requested 1 form sent to the office be signed and returned and it never was. Every time I followed up Nicole said she didn't speak with them but upon speaking with the health ins. they were able to provide me with the dates, times and names of who they spoke to....Needless to say I never had any injections done. Dr. Villalobos was a nice Dr. however he has zero control over his unruly/rude/unprofessional staff. They are the sole reason I discontinued attending this practice several months ago, and of course low and behold when I'm trying to get my records yet again more issues. If I could give this practice negative stars I would. Its probably for the best I didn't have anything done here because if the staff have no regard for the people who are placing there health needs in there care then how can we trust them anyway. The staff truly has been horrendous to deal with Dr. Villalobos should consider practicing elsewhere for the sole purpose of not being categorized with such a poor reputation. For a hospital system who claims to care about there patients and to take on a Christian perspective, this office does no justice to those ideals. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone, Unless they seriously cleaned house and only employed those who truly care about the patients' well being and are professionals. It just sounds terrible to call an office and the first person you hear sounds annoyed to be taking the call, First impressions mean a lot and anyone who calls here would likely be immediately turned off. Shame.
The front staff was helpful. But after two hours, I realized it was a waste of time. The Dr. didn't even do an examination. I couldn't recommend them at all.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
