would be helpful to find out where everyones medical records went; a letter should have been sent out when he was shut down for medical malpractice but no one was notified of the closing. he still operates under Transformations but again he does not see the patients, still has not learned his lesson

The Doctor would take 4 days to refill medicine after the pharmacy would send the order. When i ask the Doctor he cleaned his hands by telling me the process for him to refill the medicine takes up to 2 weeks. The staff just went along with it.

Love Dr. Chappell. He delivered me when I was born. I'm 32 now and I love and trust him as my family physician!

Staff members are rude and not polite at all. My mother has paid all her co-pay for her insurance, now they want more money from her. Wanting $195.00 for two of those visits . He wants a total of an extra $140.00. That is just for seeing his son which is only a P.A. This is not a specialist!

This doctor has literally surrounded himself with MORONS!!!! Twice I have asked them to send my prescriptions to the pharmacy and twice they have screwed that up. When I call I am greeted with a BAD ATTITUDE by the WORTHLESS nurses and office staff he has decided to employ. Now I need to find another doctor to do my blood work and I will most likely have to have it done out of pocket because they have probably charged my insurance. Whatever you do DON"T TRUST YOUR LIFE OR ANYTHING ELSE WITH THE MORONS!!!!!

He has open a new location under a new name it is called Chappel Group at 2711 N Orange Blossom Trail Kissimmee the corner of N OBT & Carroll St.

I went to many different PA's and Dr's in this practice. Not a good practice. Not good medicine. Terrible office staff. He has left the address listed on all websites, and cannot be found.

I am trying to find Dr Christopher Chappel. New location or what happened so that I can get my records. His staff was always nice I have been a patient for 15 years. My husband just pasted away. I know they called with information of a phone number for who took over I was busy with his heart condition. Can someone please help me.

This practice has been moved to North Orange Blossom Trail at Carroll Street. I don't recommend getting involved with them. I am due a refund and it has taken me MONTHS of phone calls (which they never return, by the way) and it still has not been straightened out. I just called, finally got a live person and was hung up on three times. Do yourself a favor and find a doctor who doesn't keep money to which they are not entitled and has an office staff that returns calls and knows the difference between putting a call on hold and hanging up on someone. Pathetic. Update: After months of dealing with the awful office staff, I decided to send a letter, threatening to sue them to get my $35 refund. I finally got my refund in the mail. I can't believe I had to threaten to sue to get the $35 that I was owed. Ridiculous.

Nobody can tell us where they went. I think they went out of business but they have our records! They have a new name on the door, but the new practice still has their old number. Something is extremely fishy, and I am done using them as son as I get my records back! If they fail to give them to me, I will be reporting them to Tricare, the medical board, and the BBB!
