I knew that my teeth needed a deep clean, so last June 2023 I came to this clinic.Because I'm not American and I don't speak English fluently and I don't have insurance, I paid $374.57 for the first time just only for the checkup and if I come back for a second time to get a deep clean I have to pay $3184😳😱......Dr. Rosa and this clinic I'll never forget!

I was very happy with the entire treatment I received the ladies who worked on my mouth where very professional and as gentle as they could be.

The experience today was great got a phone call that my teeth were in early went and got them and left love the staff there and the Dentist Christine is a great Dentist to go see at Coast Dentel

Easy to schedule an appointment, great hygienist, and super dentist. Five + ⭐️s! Your office makes going to the dentist a pleasure and not a pain.

My son's appointment was at 11:30. They called him back at 12:15. We sat in the back for an hour while I watched the dentist chat it up with other staff members, look at other charts on the computer, the hygienist used that same computer to write a letter while we sat there waiting. Finally, I asked how much longer because my son had an appointment at 2pm. They said oh the dentist will see you now. At 1:19 the dentist comes in to do a 6 minute exam. They spoke spanish during the entire exam. We speak english and did not understand what was going on. The dentist never introduced herself or spoke to me or my son so I am not even sure if she spoke English. I am assuming it was the hygienist that gave us the result as she never introduced herself either. The staff was very unprofessional. As we waited in the exam room, there were about 5 staff members who repeatedly came in rummaging through the draws and cabinets looking for something. Never excusing themselves or acknowledging us. The exam rooms are open and lined up down the hall with no privacy except for a small partition, so forget about HIPPA. If I spoke Spanish, I could tell you all of the gentleman's dental information next to us. I will not be returning here with my children or myself. They also did not wash their hands and touched equipment and attempted to use the same gloved hands to exam my son. One of the worst experiences ever.

I went on time to my appointment last Friday. The person at the reception told me that I was late and I showed her that she was wrong that my appointment was at 11am, she told me that because I did not confirm my appointment by text message they changed it to 10:30am without notifying me. I'm sorry, I'm not interested, her service to the patient is useless

On Friday December 15, 2023 I had a scheduled appointment with Christine Gonzalez, DMD all my life I’ve been terrified of going to the dentist because of the way I was treated in the past but if your reading this right now I no longer have fear in my heart and it’s because of God first and second Christine Gonzalez, DMD She’s so patient and caring, she walks you through everything and sh also has a great team who are also patient and caring. Out of a dentist offices out there I recommend CoastDental Poinciana 2907 Vineland Rd Kissimmee. Stating from the front desk to your seat in the back all employees are super. To Christine (DMD) and your assistant the one who’s alway assisting her. You both are number1 in my book and Thank you all. God bless my dental office 🙏🏽😇😁
