I was sent to Cora Physical Therapy for occupational therapy on my right wrist- Carpal Tunnel Syndrome where I was warmly greeted by Occupational Therapist Ms . Joujou. She was patient and very professional for my sessions. I must say I was quite hesitant at first as I experienced a lot of pain. As I come to the end of my therapy, I wanted to extend many thanks for your encouragement and support in my continued exercises at home and at the office. Great Job. You Rock!!!! Rachelle Scarbor
The girls in the front desk really rude and uncooperative. They didn’t help me when I needed to know if they have received the referral (it was the second time was sent to them). I just needed to confirm this because I lost a therapy week due they never call me when the first fax was sent to them. Even they mentioned that if I wouldn’t receive a phone call in the next two week it was because they never received the fax. Really frustrating all of this.
The girl checking outpatients not wearing her mask the right way sitting in the front (not the one with glasses on) was very rude and unprofessional. We asked her why we have not been called, we were the only patient here at 3:45. Then around 4:00 to 4:10, four other patients arrive. At 4:15 one at a time, the therapist goes to the front and picks up a sheet of paper with the patient's name and info. They have called every other patient except us. I got up and asked why have every other patient been called and not us. Her response was your therapist will be right with you, not realizing our therapist was calling other patients because they left our paper with name and information by the scanner and not where it goes. My wife and I were just looking at the therapist going back and forth looking for our paper. When I pointed out that she forgot to get the paper she got so defensive saying she can get a manager to call and talk to me. I said I don't need a manager, I just don't like to be lied to. Then she said to sit quietly or just go outside. All of this could have been avoided by her saying sorry I forgot to bring the paper from the scanner to the front where the therapist would see who is next to be called in.
Great staff, all very helpful and friendly. I especially enjoyed working with Elle, she gave me a lot of tools to keep up my therapy exercises.

My recent six visit experience with Cora was very helpful, informative as well as beneficial to my physical issues. I worked with several therapists (El, JP, Eric & Joey) all of Whom Were very helpful in providing the Exercises which would Best suit My needs. The office staff as well as The therapist worked efficiently through the process. Thank you to all for a good experience!
I've never had outpatient therapy before, so didn't know what to expect. Just before this experience, I had a month of in-home therapy with one therapist, so I was used to working with one person. Front-desk staff was pleasant, as were the therapists. However I feel I had way too many therapists--a different one almost every time, though I did see the same ones one-to-four times each over the duration of my treatment. All told, I I can remember seeing at least 6 therapists. Each session was anywhere from 1/2 hour to 3/4 hour, depending on the therapist. I was offered ice afterwards--or not--depending on the therapist. Though I'm sure they each worked from a master plan for each patient, continuity seemed lacking and I was often asked if I had done certain things before or used certain equipment before. Different therapists were using different techniques to accomplish the same thing, but I'm not entirely sure what each was to accomplish and I wasn't able to establish a good plan for my "homework" exercise. Some advice was actually conflicting. Each therapist was also working with multiple patients at a time. Though they do advertise accepting credit cards, not all are accepted. After this experience, I will know what to ask in the future-, in the hopes of getting a better result or confidence in my progress. I wish I had asked the right questions before coming here.
I am giving 3 stars for the incredible physical therapy team I worked with over the last few months (Eric, Kris, JP and Mari). It would be 5 stars if the management/owner didn’t decide to give a 4 day notice that they would no longer accept my appointment times. I was contacted by a lady who worked at the front of the office stating they would only be accepting appointments between 8am-5pm Monday through Friday. So don’t pay attention to the hours they have listed on Google. I have been coming to their 6pm and weekend appointment times for months now because I work from 8:30-5:30pm Monday through Friday like a lot of people. They recently decided to cancel their Saturday appointments, which I understand so I was willing to come in at 7am to make up for it. But to suddenly no longer offer early or late appointments is very selfish and inconsiderate for your clients. The fact that you can’t offer at least one evening or one early morning appointment time a week (1 hour earlier or 2 hours later) just shows how less they care. I have always arrived early for my appointment time, never late and never missed an appointment, except for last week because I had the flu. I am super disappointed because I really enjoyed coming to Cora but now I have to find a brand new physical therapy place to go to, start over training with a new physical therapy place and have to miss another week and a half because other places are booked. I DO NOT recommend unless you plan to be blindsided by their frequent and abrupt schedule changes, which means you may have to eventually go to another place anyway.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
