This office staff are extremely rude… I called to make a appointment at the Conway office since I have to go throw this office to make the appointment and they blocked my phone number. My husband calls and he can get throw but I call and it’s busy all day

Dr Damacio pagan al llegar a la oficina te saluda pero en el momento de explicar algo si no lo entiendes se enoja el puede poner sus puntos y cuando pones los tuyos se enoja también y para darte un referido se necesita no quiere y no termina uno de decirle lo que se siente y dice en la próxima visita me dices dando por terminada la visita sin uno decirle lo que se siente . De verdad no me gusta para referirlo a nadie

I came in for my appointment at 10:15. After waiting over an hour, they took my blood for lab work and I passed out because I had been fasting too long at that point. I had to tell the lab tech to not take any more of my blood after I fainted. After that, they just had be go back into the waiting room to wait for the doctor. At 12:30 I just had to leave because I would have passed out again if I didn't eat. I cannot believe they make people wait for hours after their appointment times and that they did not take me fainting seriously. My whole experience there was completely ridiculous.
