I arrived 15 mins before my appointment. The MA had not cleared my insurance and kept saying my ins card was for prescription. I kept telling her it is not. After 30 mins of discussion and her making calls to the info on the card they discovered I was covered by my insurance card info. Mins you I arrived at 845a to fill out necessary paper work and my appt was at 9a .. and not it’s 10:08a and I have to wait until all other appointments are taken care . These MA incompetence for reading is affecting my ability to trust this system. I’m now over an hour waiting for my assigned dr to review me. It’s not a good process to check insurance qualifications after the fact. This should have been done in advance.

I have been seeing Dr. Zullow for many years and I trust her. She is so cool and always takes the time to listen and help. She really cares about her patients.

Dr Zullow is amazing, she cares about her patients and will do whatever it takes to provide optimum individualized care. She tells it like it is rather than handing out standardized answers. I feel very fortunate to have found such an excellent health care professional.

Dr. Zillow, immediate recognized my symptoms after explaining to her, how I have been feeling for a while. After scheduling a few test, I found out I had two blockage & received two stents. She’s the best ; I have no problems talking to her , I feel comfortable w/ her.

My doctor is great and very thorough. The nursing staff is rude and won't call back for 3 days if they call at all. If you have a mid morning appointment expect to wait at least an hour before you are seen. Front desk receptionist takes a long time to call you for information verification after you have checked in on the electronic sign in.
