Duby Avila's Online Review Report Card

She's my husband's Dr and her "outstanding"patient care has us traveling 2 &1/2 hrs every 3mths.since we moved from Kissimmee to Lake placid..

Patient- Jennifer Hall, i highly recommend…Dr Duby makes you feel like you are family. I always feel very comfortable. I have Stage 4 Breast Cancer with Bone Mets…Dr has been there for my pain no matter what time of day. God Bless her.

I love Dr Avila she is caring and sweet and compassionate she really cares about her patients she listens she is wonderful and the staff is awsome they are cute and so friendly and great personalities and very patient and they are always so polite and even ask about my son and this place is one of a kind and professional I love going here they always make you feel good with compliments I would recommend this office to anyone who wants to be treated like almost family I give them 10 stars you couldn’t find a nicer bunch of people I’m so glad I found these wonderful group of staff and Duby Avila is just a fantastic doctor and wonderful woman as well Poffice clean I love this place I don’t think you could find a better office and staff than this I am so greatful to be in such a great environment when your in pain they always make you feel cared about they rock

Dr. Avila has been my doctor and I have found her to be compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding chronic pain. Her staff are efficient and the office is always clean.

I WAS A PATIENT OF DR AVILA FOR MANY YEARS. SHE TREATED ME FOR CHRONIC PAIN AND WAS, FOR LACK OF A BETTER WORD, EXCEPTIONAL. SHE WAS CONSCIENTIOUS AND ALWAYS ASKED ABOUT MY PERSONAL LIFE. THAT IS, THAT SHE TREATED THE ENTIRE PATIENT. HER OFFICE STAFF ARE JUST AS SUPERB AS SHE IS. I WOULDN'T WANT ANOTHER DOCTOR.

Dr Avila, was my pain mgmt Dr, for several years. When I 1st started seeing her, she was very pleasant, cared, good bedside manners, and most of all she listened. She now rushes you out, and cuts you off, tells you that she has other patients to see, and walks out the exam room. I've never gone to a doctors office to socialize, I go to a doctors office to talk about my ailments! She refused to change my meds. If you've taken pain meds you know that your body builds a tolerance. I gave up asking, her and started searching for a new doctor. Her staff are the RUDEST with a few exceptions, that I've ever dealt with. They slam the phone in your ear! They leave you on hold for more than 15 mins, or just never come back on the phone. Trying to get copies of your medical history is a joke! Leaving a message for a staff member to call you back.....well forget about that. Spoke to the her about all this, and I was the liar! She believed her staff and not the patient! Another major problem is that if you don't speak Spanish, you're looked down on! I would NOT RECOMMEND her to anyone! Read other reviews cause it's not just me!

Sad to say, but she no longer is the same as when I started seeing her. Her staff are the rudest I've ever dealt with, specially Stephanie! Her staff are the worst ever! Sad part about too, is that she believes her staff and not the patient. She rushes you out, and barely listens, or understands English. Her office manger would be best as a Walmart greeter, than an office manager. She does nothing to resolve any problems or issues! I would NOT recommend her!
