La espera es increíble. Horas se tardan . Una cita a las 8:45 y son las 12 am y todavía el médico ni ha pasado. Es una falta de respeto hacer esperar tanto a los pacientes.

0 start, I went because i need a surgery, he needs to fill all my paper for my surgery he does the labs and other thing. go to my next appointment to pick up all the result and papers and he start talking about his diet pills he said he doesn't sing my papers because i don't buy the pills he said whatttt really are you kidding me? WHO WANT TO BUY DIET PILDS REALLY??? i said i paid for my labs not insurance i paid for this visit, and he said paid another doctor. AWARE GO THERE.

I rated this doctor poor because he has to change his staff the manager michelle hernandez is very rude and the staff are not educated enough to take medication refill over the phone.My insurance pays for my video visit and the manager insisted that l have to go in the office.I think it's wrong lm not sick l just need my medication.Since covid patients shouldn't be force to go in the office when l can see him on the video! Please! Help!

Es una pena decirlo, pero el servicio es fatal. Hicimos cita y esperamos más de 3 horas en la sala de espera. Ojo: No vi que desinfectaran las camillas ni utensilios. La recepcionista y asistentes son groseras y poco profesionales. El trato por teléfono, si llegan a contestar es mediocre. Les falta mucho por mejorar. * El Dr. Es muy atento y amable. Lo mejor, puedes pagar con tarjeta y planes médicos.

doctor gutierrez muy bueno paciente y sobretodo me encanta su humildad y fe me gusta porque es muy atento te enseña todo me encanta su profesión como Doctor muy recomendable y muy paciente con los niños tambien me encanta a la verdad muy buen doctor de familia

Do not go to this medical office, the work staff are not professionals ,they do not treat you well , they yell at you and the doctor does nothing and it was the first time I went there . They should go back to taking classes on how to treat patients...they didn't have an administrative supervisor so I could talk about what happened. Just because I ask why they passed to people ahead of me my appointment was at 12pm and it was 2pm and they did not called me
