The Doctor is Great Bout They never pick up the phone and to get medication send to the pharmacy is hard don't call over the phone you have to go in office to get it faste

I have been a patient of this office for over 20 years and I think it’s time to change. Every time I call they never pick up the phone. I recently had to go to the hospital because they would not pick up the phone so I could come in. I had to physically come in last week and made an appointment for today for a hospital follow up and the person that does lab work just left for lunch and I would have to wait 1 hour for her to come back. As I sit here waiting I listen to other patients so frustrated because they have been waiting forever to be seen because they don’t have enough people. Who has time for this?????? Dr. Afzal, are you aware of the mess that’s in your office???

Dr.afzal has always been like part of the family he always has my best interest in mind and he helped me with major substance issue and never made deal less then it does take a minute when your there but it is worth the wait

I started going here a long time ago seeking help for substance abuse! They have always been available by office phone or even through a cell phone directly reaching my doctor! Dr. Afzal saved my life! I am clean today from heroine because he helped me! Also with anything else I have needed and he's always easy to reach these comments I see about unable to get an appointment are not accurate bc they are always avaliable

This practice is terrible. It’s on a rare occasion that they answer the phone and when they do and you set up an appointment it’s always seemingly canceled due to the doctor being out. To obtain a referral is a whole other mess stay clear and find another medical practice.
