First Choice Pediatrics's Online Review Report Card

I love this this pediatric practice😍😍😍 The whole team is fantastic. Very good care and empathy with patients. Thank you guys💕

They only care for your money here. I went to have a paper filled out for my daughters school they asked me to pay $150 for the visit. To which I said I dont have my HSA on me can you bill me? She said no. She then asked if I could pay $50 today. So I gave her my debit card which declined. She then asked if I had a picture of my HSA. So I tell her No listen Ive been in the hospital the past 2 days truth just got out yesterday my deductible is going to be already met can you bill me? Ive never had a balance owed to this place I was trying to save myself the embarrassment of that card not going through. Her reply well sir we have a lot of parents with outstanding balances that have not been paid off that why we have this policy in place and if you cannot pay we cannot see you today Friday. I can reschedule you for next Friday. All this happened while other parents sat in their chairs behind me. Imagine the walk of shame I had to do simply because their policies are not flexible. My credit score is 786 which reflects my level of responsibility with my mortgage car payment bills etc.

I love our pediatrician and our office personnel. We changed to FCP in the Loop this year and the nurses and the Pediatrician herself Dr. Rosemarie Sison always call us to follow up. They also offer after hours Answering service that can help you get in touch with their physicians. They are sweet caring and compassionate. Thank you for all you do

Esta clínica es la 2da ves que voy y no la recomiendo lleve un papel para que la doctora lo filmará para que mi hijo empezara el deporte me llamaron a los 15 días para recogerlo y hoy tenía turno médico llegue a las 8 y el turno era a las 8y30 eran las 9 y no habían pasado no tienen ni ganas de trabajar las recepcionistas para comprobar un seguro de cambio de doctor hablan de todo menos estar pendiente de su trabajo la verdad súper decepcionada.

This office has horrible in customer service and very long wait times. No staff member is ever on the same page. They all seem lost. The doctors dont communicate with each other. When you call hold times are ridiculous. Office is old and dainty. All I can say positive is Dr. Sison is a very good doctor. She needs a better staff or team.

I have 3 children coming to this office. I love all the staff at this here in the Loop and they always take care of my children as if they are family. Giving a special shout out to Dr. Hernandez Jen all the nurses and the office Manager Andrea.

I normally dont do this but this place is a joke the wait time for appointments are usually more than a hour why schedule my kid at a certain time if you are not going to call me until hours later same thing on video chat two hours wait for that but quick to charge. Lets talk about referral they took for   Ever even after I told them my daughter needed to see neurosurgeon. Dr. Sisson is awesome but I cant do this anymore no one takes responsibility and I cant keep coming in here for an appointment at 1115 and get out at 1 nope not doing it.

Do no take your kids to First Choice Pediatrics. They have the worst service. I got charged $15 dollars for rescheduling my daughter appointment. I called them to find out why and the person who answered the phone was very rude and told me because I didn’t call 24 hrs before. I told her well it was Thanksgiving and I couldn’t call. They always call me asking if I want to schedule appointment for my kids. I always tell them I will call back for this reason because if I can’t go I don’t want any fee. I definitely will look for another Pediatric for my kids.

Dr.Hernández she’s the best my son loves her. Very Honest and nice person with the kids.

Excelentes instalaciones la atención médica Daniel Hernandez excelente sin embargo el personal del front desk muy mala en lugar de solucionar crean un problema pésima actitud poco profesionalismo. Es una lástima que deba buscar un médico nuevo para mi hijo por un par de recepcionistas.
