I have been coming to this Kissimmee Florida location for years and everyone there is thoughtful and friendly with patients and the doctors are knowledgeable. My parents were also seen by a great doctor his name is Doctor Parks.

Staff was very polite and helpful. They explained thoroughly what each exam involved and why it was necessary. Dr. Lin was great and explained my findings in a way I could understand. I am very pleased with the care I am receiving at the Florida Eye Clinic.

It took me 3 hours of waiting to finally see the ophthamologist. I'm elderly and it's hard for me to sit in a chair in and wait that long. When I got to the clerk working in the eye glass department, there were two people ahead of me, which would be at least another hour of waiting. He was kindly enough to give me my scripts and suggest I come back when it's less busy. This is rediculous. You expect to wait maybe an hour, but three and not even be done yet!! Unless you change this situation I'm finding another eye clinic.
