I want to take a moment to recognize the doctor I saw today at the Florida Institute of Neurology. I came in with a complex medical situation involving nerve damage following a thermal burn injury and she took the time to truly listen, carefully review all of my laboratory results, and engage with me in a thorough and meaningful conversation about my condition. What impressed me most was her patience and willingness to walk through the details of my medicals with me. She did not rush. She explained her findings clearly and made me feel genuinely heard as a patient. That kind of care is rare and it made a real difference to me today. I will absolutely be returning for my follow-up and I look forward to continuing my care at this practice. Thank you for the compassionate and professional service.
