Dr. Gonzalez takes her time to explain and care for each patient. Very sweet personality as well. Wouldn't change her for another PCP.

Terrible. In general, all the staff at this pediatric center are rude. I called at 9:00 am because my granddaughter was vomiting and had diarrhea and needed to be seen by the doctor. The receptionist told me that the first thing she had to do was go get a Covid test if it was negative to go to the office at 1:30 pm. Absurd! I had to take my granddaughter to the Covid 19 test, wait for the results, and go to the office. There, the receptionist without looking at me only asked me for the negative test. She told me that we had to stay out of the office until she called us on the phone. I told her that she didn't have a car to wait for her call and that it was very hot outside, but she didn't even answer me. We had to wait outside in unbearable heat. However, the treatment was not the same for a man who was there with his son, who were very comfortable waiting in the air-conditioned office. It should be noted that the child was coughing terribly. My granddaughter, who only had a stomachache, couldn't wait inside. This is not new, in this office there are privileges for acquaintances or relatives of the staff. The nurse who took the girl's vital signs also showed a deplorable attitude. Unfortunately, the poor performance of the staff was minimized by the good service of the doctor, a new one, because they change the medical staff all the time. We never see the same doctor and you cannot make a healthy bond between the pediatrician and the child. Although my granddaughter was asked for the Covid test, they absurdly asked me for nothing. So the girl if she could be contagious and her partner couldn't? I do not recommend this office under any circumstances.

SHE IS VERY GOOD WITH KIDS.MEET HER IN THE HOSP.(SHE WAS THE ONE ON CALL).TOLD ME WHAT TO DO WITH MY DAUGHTER AND COME BACK IN 2 WEEKS. EVERYTHING SHE TOLD ME HAPPENED LIKE IT COULD HAVE.I CHANGED FROM HER BECAUSE HER WAIT WAS GETTING TO LONG TO WAIT FOR.AND SOMETIMES SHE WAS NOT EVEN THERE LIKE THE APPT,PERSON SAID SHE WAS GOING TO BE.I HATED TO DO THAT TO AN GOOD DR. BUT SOMETIMES YOU JUST HAVE TO DO THAT.
