List of Francisco Halili's Reviews
Wow incredibly annoying to have to wait in this office the staff makes the experience the worst possible too busy talking instead of working they don't even acknowledge you very rude obviously the doctor does not care either all the reviews are the same
Muy mala atención por parte de las señoras de la ventanilla, ignoran a los pacientes y responden de mala gana.
Wow I couldn’t even get through making the appointment. The call was answered by such a rude and unproffesional and Unknowledgeable lady. I HAD to hang up. Demanding and matter of factly and asking me what a glute is. From asking why I’m calling to my information it was just a horrible interaction.
Dr. Halili is an amazing physician. Took amazing care of me during my most recent surgery. He explains everything to you and what to expect. Always a great bedside manner.
He is a very good, talented, knowledgeable surgeon and easy to get along with. He did a follow call on me after my surgery and asked how I feel?
Most unprofessional medical experience ever. I had a student in training in the room with me alone and she asked me, “Umm, what are you here for?” What? What are my records here for? Prior to even coming to the back, I had a lady literally one foot behind me as I was checking in. No privacy whatsoever. An older lady, probably about 75 came in and told the receptionist that someone called her up and asked who…the response was, “I don’t know!” Sigh. No effort. Once in back, I overheard the older lady’s medical issues and I know she’s going into surgery here soon. Back to being in the exam room with the student…As I was changing, I realized that I had received a skirt versus a gown. As I was changing the doctor knocks and a nurse comes right in and my chest is out. By this time I was super annoyed and told them to just come on in since they were already in. The nurse sees that I was issued a skirt instead of a gown and corrects the issue. The doctor comes in and asks a few questions and I was out within 15 minutes. He put emphasis on the issue that I had…almost like it was nothing. It’s not like I know…I was there to find out. Once released from the room, I rushed to put on my shirt so that I could leave ASAP. I then walk out and the doctor was sitting in the chair with my file and was making a unprofessional, not hurtful comment about me. The ladies surrounding cue him to let him know I was behind him. LSS, once leaving the facility I knew I would not return, I didn’t feel comfortable but since I drove 70 miles I stayed for the entire appointment. I contacted my actual doctor who referred me to this location and requested for a new location. The experience was all wrong. Just unprofessional!

The warmth and friendly atmosphere of his office and staff members made me extremely comfortable. Joanna, is awesome. Upon meeting Dr. Hallili to discuss my surgery, I was very impressed with his overall conduct, and the patience and kindness he showed me. I sincerely would recommend Dr. Hallili to anyone looking for a general surgeon. Kudos to you Dr. Francisco Hallili!
5+ Star Surgeon Informative, great bedside manner and attentive.
Very professional, knowledgeable and excellent human being. I had my gallbladder taken out. Felt genuine empathy during appointments.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
