I had my first experience at this clinic yesterday. It was 1:05 pm when arrived. I could talked with the doctor 2:30. My appointment was for 1:00 pm. Everyone who talk with me was kind and polite! The clinic is clean and the people who work there is great and we fell they are happy, even we feel they are tired too… Just one advise: DON’T INTERUPT THE DOCTOR When he IS WITH THE PATIENT. My consultation was interrupted all the time, and I had already waited a long time to be seen, even with an appointment. I couldn't clear all doubts with the doctor. Because he was interrupted by someone from the team. My first impression: This clinic need just to be organized a little be, and never stop a patient's care to talk about another patient. For minutes. If it's not a huge emergency. Call another doctor. But respect the time of the patient who is also there to be attended to. I left there around 3:30. Was a long time to waiting, to talk with the doctor for only 0:10, and have someone interrupting your appoint since the first step. Until the doctor. Thank you.
Talk about waiting over an hour for your appointment that you’re on time for. Then I’m person they are rude and even worse you’ll call and they will hang up on you. Ana, Alejandro and Rachael all failed me and did nothing to resolve my problem. Worst medical office ever. Needs to fire full time staff or just shut down all together. The hold information they give you sounds so good but they do not care about their patients at all. Go elsewhere. Promise you you’ll regret going to there office.
Esta es mi primera visita y quede encantada . Todo el personal muy atentos, y el Dr Yáñez excelente, te trata como si te conociera desde antes . Te brinda confianza .
Very bad experience, the front desk is what makes this a garbage establishment. The doctor should get some self respect and make sure his front desk is running better. Pathetic.
Very very very very bad and unprofessional front desk. Will never be back they made me wait for hours and hours. Never again. They need a whole new front desk team!
very unprofessional - I received a confirmation call a day before my appointment. I asked if it can be move to an earlier time because I have other appointments and unfortunately they cant. I arrived 15 mins before my scheduled time and waited for an hour. I ended up on cancelling it because of my work meeting. I cancelled my other meetings and just wasted my time with this office. Unfortunately, i'm stuck with them because they are the only office open on saturday and in network with my insurance. TERRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
es un excelente ser humano , te explica bien sobre tu salud y te aconseja
Excellent service, Serves without hurry very competent
Very poor customer service, No one answers the phone and if they do (which would be after half an hour) they hang up on you. Its terrible! As soon as we find another doctor we are switching!
If you value your time, please choose another place or check in and come back a few hours later. Arrived 12 min early to my 12:30 appointment, got charged my copay by 12:45-50. Got called in at 3pm, finished just after 4pm.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
