Dr Shahin and the entire Osceola Surgical Associates staff was very rude and unprofessional. Dr Shahin only gave me half the story regarding the cist on my back. He told me he could remove it but never told me it wasn't a danger to me so it didn't have to be removed. I found out my cist wasn't a danger to me from another doctor I saw a week later. Tried talking to Office Manager who was completely rude and useless. If you don't want unnecessary surgical procedures forced upon you then go somewhere else.

On arrival the nurse came to the door and took my temperature. I registered and was put in a room. A nurse came immediately and took my blood pressure. The nurses were efficient and personable., I felt at ease. The doctor came in with a few minutes and look at my problem, and then talked about what procedure he was going to do. Everyone was so nice. I would recommend this doctor and his nurses to anyone who is looking for a caring and friendly staff
