It's hard to went a place supost to treating you like human and they're Not. The lady's in front desk dosent have the capacity to talk nice to a people always mad, always have an actitud, they need to training that's lady's. I guest time to go to another place.

Cuando iba a esta oficina era por la Doctora Rebecca Pérez desde que ella se fue a sido un desastre llevo dos semanas esperando mis medicamentos que hacen dos semanas supuestamente que los habían enviado llamo a la farmacia y me dicen que no los enviaron, cada cita que voy la doctora Hernández siempre con prisa, nunca terminó decirle los que esta pasando con mi salud porque no me dan oportunidad que horrible como juegan con la salud de los pacientes y la otra hay que hacer dos citas diferentes una para los medicamentos y otra para leerte los resultados o para decirle las condiciones que uno tiene esto es inaceptable. Hoy 6 de abril de 2022, recibí una carta del consultorio de esta doctora donde me informan que ella rechaza seguir siendo mi doctora primaria porque alega que yo le falte el respeto, si faltar el respeto es decirle la verdad de lo que sucedió conmigo que me dejaron sin medicamentos por más de tres meses pues si le falte el respeto porque fueron unos irresponsables y cuando ella me estaba atendiendo me decía algo más para que después no digas que falta algo todo con prisa y dice q yo falte el respeto cuando fue ella quien estaba con prisa como siempre, me alegro mucho no seguir siendo su paciente es una irresponsable

Virtual appt was at 11:45 am and it’s 1 pm. Never received a call from them. I called them at 11:45 and they said they were running behind. An hour and 15 minutes late, really???? Why set an appointment for then?

La Dra. Giovanni es buena pero su grupo de trabajo es el horrible y más desordenado, cuando ella tiene su horario lleno te colocan con otra doctora sin consultarte. IMPORTANTE DEMÁS DE GENTE ESPERANDO EN LA SALA DE ESPERA Y SE LES OLVIDO LAS LEYES DE PREVENCIÓN E COVID-19. No respetan tu tiempo. No los recomiendo.
