Months later office still has not followed up with getting preauthorization for medicine from insurance. They just give you the runaround. Voicemails are not returned. Promises are made and broken and they blame the call center. The phone currently does not connect you with anyone. You just hear a looped recorded message about their address. Totally disgraceful operation.
