Doctors are sitting down on computer. Place is empty and they have us in a room waiting for an hour now… my husband is pain but they could careless. Go somewhere else!!

Every time I've been here, I've had a great experience! The front staff is kind and efficient, and the nurses and doctors are very thorough and efficient as well. I've never had a problem getting in and seem to get out quickly as well so I can go about my day. I appreciate having this Guidewell location to go to when my primary doctor can't see me!

I made a appointment a few hours before and filled out the paperwork online. I arrived a few minutes early and walked in and the very nice women at the front desk took me right back to a room. In less then two hours, I had a iv, blood work, a ekg and a ct scan with my results, prescription for medicine and out the door. The Dr, nurses , and everyone who works there are very professional, extremely nice and made sure that I was comfortable. The place is also very clean!

So grateful for the attention and good treatment they gave me. Very good bed side manner...Dr. Romero, nurses staff, even the CT scan technician were excellent with me. A very clean urgent Clinic and A + in sanitation. Highly recommended.

Beware of Guidewell, they will charge you when they shouldn't then your insurance will pay, then they will take four to five months to refund you after they have been fully paid by the Insurance company. If you go there for medical attention call your insurance immediately and have them on the phone in case they want to charge you, when you know you are fully covered. Scam! They hold your money in their bank multiplied by maybe thousands of people waiting on a refund to make interest off your money before refunding you.

I had a great experience at this UC!From the front desk who helped me Nora and the triage nurse Jodi and Will for taking care of my discharge 🤗. Dr Melendez Mulero was exceptional and precise with everything! Facility was very clean and very organized

As Im sitting here this kissimmee location The staff Is friendly professional clean Dr ortiz is awesome Very caring doctor and staff there quick sufficient.. I'm came here sick and they took care of me very well .Highly Recommend Thank you Guys 😊 You are doing a amazing Job caring for your paients ... I went to centra care last week that was terrible service.. I know where to come now I feel sick .. if I could I would give 20 million Stars 🌟
