Excelente atención y super cuidadosos con los niños, recomendados 1000%
Very friendly staff
Everyone was very attentive and welcoming. I really liked the waiting area for kids, it was well organized and had plenty of activities to keep children entertained while waiting. The appointment itself was excellent. The entire team was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend this office to other families.
HORRIBLE SECOND EXPERIENCE ! My son is 6 years old very aware ! I was completely honest about the needle and the whole process. So when he was telling them someone was bothering him and THEY SAID THEY were doing NOTHING while having a needle physically in his gum he freaked out because he knew he felt it and they said they weren’t doing anything ! Some kids are old enough to be aware and they did not take the time to understand being honest about what they were doing would have brought him more peace and patience to wait it out. Not the doctor saying we’re just waiting dude and assistance saying it’s nothing. PLEASE UNDERSTAND SOME KIDS ARE BETTER WITH HONESTY. MY SON HAS ALOT of dental work ! I have never seen him go into a panic like that. Following up he said mommy I felt it sharp in my mouth but they said they weren’t doing anything I was scared I didn’t know what was happening!! COMMUNICATION WITH THE PATIENT EVEN IF HES YOUNG HE DESERVES THAT AND IF THEY TOOK TWO MINUTES TO TALK TO ME INSTEAD OF HER EMPLOYEE WHO MESSED UP FROM THE BEGINNING. I had to pull my son up in the chair from falling off in the beginning she didn’t even have him on the chair correctly either. Just a Very disappointing situation that could have been taken care of differently if the MANAGER came to speak to me and actually listened. FOUR extractions he had in a previous appointment he DID AMAZING with a younger DIFFERENT assistant. I wish I remember her name but OLDER looking I wouldn’t recommend at all and manager is very rude and has no communication skills or care for what happen on the customers end. Sad.
I asked to give my son a break he has a lot of dental work and I never seen him that uncomfortable. Very dismissive never stopped to make sure he was actually OK. Assistant took it personal got a manager and she as well never listened. As a manager, she should have closed the door and spoke to me about the situation properly to better understand. All the manager did was escalate the situation more by being very argumentative. Clearly never went or understood de escalation classes or communication classes to become a manager. Very disappointed in the way they escalated that. They opened the door to the office and argued with me through that instead of closing it and properly addressing the situation. HORRIBLE TODAY Staff I’ve dealt with the first 2 times were wonderful ! DR was no help either very quiet guy just walked away. To start my son was visibly uncomfortable he’s asking to be fixed she said your fine. HE CLEARLY STATED HE WASNT. Mom had to fix him as assistent had his head CLEARLY off the head rest , his legs elevated & sliding down She was upset from just that me stepping in a second time was her limit and she got very defensive and didn’t want to hear a word I was saying when all I did was ask for a small break. VERY DISAPPOINTED
First visit… they couldn’t attend us because there was no wifi available… Second visit… only 1 parent allowed in. While waiting a father was there with his 2 young daughters and they said only 1 child inside at a time. We’re suppose to trust these strangers with our children alone? I mean c’mon. 0 stars if possible.
One of the most frustrating healthcare experiences I have had. I brought documentation showing that I am the children’s legal guardian and responsible for their medical decisions. Despite this, the office refused to recognize the documentation and stated that only other documents would be accepted. The result was simple: the children did not receive the care they came for. Families dealing with guardianship, foster care, kinship placements, or similar situations already navigate enough challenges. Being told that documentation identifying a legal guardian is not enough was both surprising and frustrating. I left feeling disappointed, confused, and concerned about how other families in similar situations might be treated.
We showed up for our appointment with documentation identifying me as the children’s guardian and the person responsible for their medical care. Instead of providing treatment, the office determined that the documentation was insufficient and required more. I understand businesses have policies, but I strongly disagree with how this situation was handled. The paperwork clearly identified my role and responsibilities, yet the children were still turned away. After dealing with numerous healthcare providers over the years, this is the first office that has refused to move forward based on the documentation provided. The entire experience was frustrating and left a very negative impression.
Absolutely ridiculous experience. I presented documentation identifying me as the legal guardian responsible for the children’s medical care, education, housing, and overall well-being. Instead of working with us or accepting the documentation provided, the office informed me that “more” was required and refused to see the children. What makes this even more frustrating is that I have successfully used the same guardianship documentation with hospitals, doctors, specialists, and other healthcare providers without issue. Yet somehow this office decided it was not enough. At the end of the day, the only people affected were the children, who lost access to a scheduled dental appointment because of an interpretation of paperwork that other providers have not had a problem with. Very disappointing experience and not a level of professionalism I expected from a pediatric dental office.
Extremely disappointing experience at Happy Friendly Smiles in Kissimmee. I arrived with documentation that has been accepted by numerous medical providers, including primary care physicians, specialists, and other healthcare offices, clearly showing my authority to make decisions and seek treatment for the children in my care. Despite this, the office refused to honor the documentation and denied the appointment. What made the situation even more frustrating was that instead of working with us to find a solution, we were simply turned away. This resulted in wasted time, unnecessary stress, and 2 children being denied access to care that had already been scheduled. The same paperwork has been accepted by multiple healthcare providers without issue, so being told it was suddenly insufficient made little sense and left us feeling frustrated and embarrassed. Families already dealing with guardianship, foster care, kinship care, or custody-related situations have enough challenges navigating paperwork and appointments. Medical and dental offices should be prepared to communicate clearly and treat families with respect rather than turning them away without meaningful assistance. I hope management reviews their policies and improves how these situations are handled in the future. No child should miss needed care because of inconsistent interpretation of guardianship documentation.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
