Dr Moreno is great. But I’m constantly having trouble communicating with office staff when you try to call and leave messages no one calls back. But if you go there you have their undivided attention!

My first time visiting the office. The front desk staff was amazing, she greeted me with a smile and the check in process was fast and easy. Little to no wait time to see the doctor. The staffs were super sweet and the doctor made you feel at ease.

The staff and medical team are friendly and supportive. They are very efficient. They treat me as part of the family. I feel secure with the medical care are diagnostic procedures they recommend and they explain everything. My only complaint would be be the wait time in the office.

Ive been calling & leaving voicemails on every extension for almost 2 weeks now. My doctor faxed the referral & notes like they requested twice since last week & still no call back! They do not answer on any extension nor do they answer voicemails!! I give uo trying to get an appointment here!!! I hope the doctors here & management gets on top of their office staff because they seriously are terrible!!

Porque me gustó el profesionalismo con que tratan a los pacientes , responden a todas las inquietudes que uno tenga , y además te explican de donde proviene tu enfermedad y cómo puedes combatirlas y cada medicamento que te recetan te explican para que te ayuda y te dicen los posibles efectos secundarios , estoy muy feliz de tratarme en su consulta , y la recomiendo al 100%
