Mi experiencia fue excelente en Poinciana Medical Center desde la primera llamada que recibí el martes 10112021 ya que me presentaron opciones horariospara que asistiera el día 11112021 hacerme los exámenes de laboratorios para la cirugía del día 10152021. El día que llegue al hospital el señor de recepción me atendió muy amablemente y el tiempo de espera fue corto posteriormente una enfermera vino a buscarme para tomarme las muestras de sangre y hacerme la prueba del covid. Previo a ello empezó hacerme una serie de preguntas y en vista de que yo no hablo inglés y ella no español procedió amablemente a llamar a un señor llamado Max para que me ayudará en todo quién lo hizo de manera eficiente con profesionalismo y excelencia.Fui llamado el día jueves 10142021 por una señora llamada Mirelys muy gentilmente para informarme que todos los exámenes habían resultado bien y para que entonces estuviera el viernes 10152021 a las 6 am para iniciar los procedimientos de cirugía. Desde que llegue fui atendido por el señor de recepción muy bien hasta que pasé al área de preparación.Desde ese momento me sobran las palabras para expresar todo el agradecimiento que siento por la excelente atención que fui recibiendo de todo el personal que se encontraba en los procedimientos y preparación de la cirugía hasta que fui conducido a quirofano por una bella y gentil enfermera quién me dijo me acompañaría en todo momento de la cirugía. Cuando salí de quirofano y desperté en sala de recuperación estuve de igual manera bajo la excelente atención y supervision de una enfermera quién gentilmente antes de irme del hospital me dio una pastilla porque tenía dolor.Posteriormente fui guiado y conducido hasta mi vehículo por el Sr. Alex de manera eficiente gentil y cariñoso haciéndome el momento en medio del dolor que tenía por la cirugía agradable.Fui llamado del hospital el martes siguiente después de la cirugía por parte del Sr. Alex para saber cómo me encontraba y evolucionaba luego del procedimiento de manera respetuosa calidad de servicio y gentilicio de su parte.Para finalizar les expreso mi eterno agradecimiento a todos los nombrados y los que no recuerdo sus nombres también por haberme hecho sentir en medio de tantos nervios tranquilo y seguro en todo lo que se haría. Sigan trabajando con esa misma mística y dedicación para todos los pacientes que llegamos a centros hospitalarios como este caso Poinciana Médica Center nos sintamos bien atendidos y como en casa. Que la bendición de Dios siempre los acompañe y guíe a todos en su trabajo.

Doy 4 estrellas por el trato q le dieron a mi mama las enfermeras PERO la seguridad en especifico un señor mayor americano deberian de darle training de como tratar a las visitas q tienen familiares en condicion critica y no decir que el paciente que yo voy a visitar no es el unico que esta asi y que las reglas son reglas hay formas de decir las cosan sin lastimar la sencibiñidad q uno tenga cuado un paciente estba incapacitado para hacer sus cosa de 90 añosy que lo unico que yo queria era estar con ella para q estubiera mas confortada en la noche sin que sufriera solo entrenen a su personal de seguridad en especial a ese a tener mas sencibilidad humana esa noche q no me dejo quedar a la mañana siguiente amanecio mi mama toda babeada orinada y desorientadaI give 4 stars only for the treatment given to my mother by the nurses BUT the security specifically an elderly American man of the night shift of the ER they should give him training on how to treat the visitors who have relatives in critical condition and not To say that the patient that I am going to visit is not the only one who is like this and that the rules are rules rules only for those who do not know there are ways to say things without hurting the sensitivity that one has when a patient is incapable of doing his thing 90 years and the only thing I wanted was to be with her so that she would be more comforted at night without suffering only training her security personnel especially that one to have more human sensitivity That night he did not let me stay and I just need to call the president of the USA the next morning my mother woke up all crossed in bed drooling urinated and more disoriented because she was alone in her room.

Horrible experience. Never going there ever again. They violated HIPAA. Then tell me that my primary doctors dont know what theyre talking about. My son was left with the same excruciating pain. Took him to another emergency room. And the doctors found the cause of his pain. The same ones the poinciana hospital criticized.

I just want to thank Dr Rivera and Radames Perez for the great level of service. Really impressed.

I would give this place a zero star because they don’t deserve any stars. The staff don’t care about their patients. The doctors don’t know what they’re doingthe nurses know more then the doctors. They all walk like chickens without their heads. I’ve been here many times because it’s the only one close by but it’s been 2 yrs since I stop going there I go to Gainesville hospital when I need to. Poinciana medical center don’t have the staffdoctors or equipment to care for anyone. I have met some nice nurses n nice doctors but nice don’t fix a problemright?

Esta última vez que fui. Me trataron muy bien. Encontraron la causa de mi dolor. Y para mi eso fue súper importante. El área del emergencia no tienen mucha limpieza en cuestión de desinfectar luego de cada paciente. Pero enfermeros doctores y especialistas hacen bien su trabajo. Volvería de ser necesario.

Nurses and the nurses that check up on patients in the waiting room and the rest of staff are very extremely rude especially to the elderly and other patients that dont speak English
