If you want to feel misarable one day come here, customer service is horrible, the girls on the lobby rude, and on their phone it look like human resource didnt do their job hiring employees...totally waste of time

I’m relieved I didn’t take my child here. I called to ask if they accepted my daughter’s insurance. The front desk receptionist asked if I knew what type of dental coverage she had. I explained that I wasn’t aware there were different types and wasn’t sure. Instead of offering any guidance, she rudely responded, “Well, I’m not going to call for you; you’ll have to figure that out yourself.” Her tone and attitude were completely uncalled for. I ended the call feeling frustrated and disrespected. If you’re working in customer service, patience and professionalism should be a given. This experience was disappointing and left a bad impression. I don’t recommend based on this experience.

This place is amazing . The stuff are nice and super friendly. They do and excellent job . Jessica is awesome and caring. Very highly recommended.

La clínica Hi5 ofrece una atención excepcional. Desde el momento en que entras, te das cuenta de que el personal está comprometido con brindar un ambiente propicio para hacer que los niños estén cómodos. Los dentistas son increíblemente atentos, pacientes y expertos en el cuidado infantil, lo que hace que tanto los niños como los padres se sientan tranquilos y en buenas manos. La clínica está equipada con instalaciones modernas y limpias, y el equipo médico toma el tiempo necesario para explicar cada procedimiento de manera comprensible y amable. La dedicación y el enfoque en el bienestar de los pequeños hacen que la experiencia sea de lo mejor. Recomendaría Hi5 a cualquier padre que busque un cuidado de calidad para sus hijos.

It was our first time at Hi-5 and my son’s first time at a dentist office and it was great! Solei did the cleaning and was amazing. She was very attentive and patient with my son and found ways to make him feel comfortable. Dr. Tabares was very friendly and detailed. Overall, I enjoyed our experience at Hi-5b and will definitely continue to use them as my son’s primary dental practice.
