This office is terrible at calling back. Automated service is limited and if you want to talk to an actual person.. Speak with the scheduler. This office has messed up referral 3 times to be seen in shands.. I have been waiting since November of 2020. I can't even get a manager to call me back. Iv been very sick, in and out of hospitals and no one is taking this seriously. I don't normally post a bad review but I don't want anyone else going through this. A doctors office should always call their patients back. I wonder how many others like me are out there. I empathize to the people that are in the same position as I am.

The last visit to this Doctor was on May 2018, after two years of dangerous recommendations and negative actitudes, This Doctor, like many health professionals are well trained to do nothing, except prescribing dangerous drugs, based on very limited blood tests, MRI, X Ray etc. which are not evaluated in a professional manner and just prescribing according with the farmaceutical industrial interests.

Seeing Aharoni and his team for over a year. All procedures mainly exploratory have gone well. Dr. Aharoni explained everything thoroughly. Unfortunately have had issues with follow up on care once a produce has been done no one has called me back to inform me of results or next steps. But I have to say I appreciate their Dr Aharoni’s expertise and bedside manner and look forward to have my surgery here. The office and patient communication does need some Improvement though.

My father went to see this doctor after seeing MANY different gastroenterologists without relief. He was suffering for about 3 years from the complications of colitis and Crohn's disease. I just want to say that Dr. Aharoni was the only one that helped relief his symptoms and improve his quality of life. I am so grateful and highly recommend his expertise, compassion and professionalism.
