List of Imtiaz Ahmed's Reviews
Front staff is friendly and polite.
Initially when I was a new patient in 2018 I was very happy with my treatment. In fact I was satisfied until this past year when things seemed to go downhill. The majority of times when I call I have to leave a voice message as no one answers. When I leave a message it is hit or miss if I will get a return call. Recently they scheduled me for a follow up appointment without ever consulting me to do so. I found out when I received an email out of the blue telling me I had an appointment scheduled. My last two appointments were supposed to be with Haris however I ended up getting someone else without ever been told beforehand. Apparently Haris is no longer there yet when I scheduled and said I wanted Haris they put me in their book without telling me it wouldnt be him. When I asked the last person who saw me in the office what happened he said Haris isnt here. I asked Today or at all?. He said he thought it was just that day but wasnt sure. Someone later told me Haris hasnt been there since February and this conversation was in July. My primary care doctor agreed I should see someone else for treatment since things are so disorganized and calls dont get returned. So she requested my records. Or tried to. Her office ran into the same issue where no one answered the phone or returned the call. And they still have not received my records although they sent a fax over with a signed request per the offices instructions to me. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. If you dont you might want to stock up on Tylenol...youll need it with all the headaches youll get.
Overall a poor experience. I know what I am allergic to from prior tests at other providers. I wanted to start a specific type of treatment and indicated such when I set up the appointment. I went in for the appointment I was made to wait 90 minutes past my scheduled time only to be told I had to come back so they can run their own tests to verify that we can move forward with the aforementioned treatment. I schedule a followup go through the unpleasant testing and asked about moving forward with the treatment. Suddenly the folks had no idea what I was talking about. Its been FDA approved for years so this is surprising. They go back to presumably talk to the doctor like other reviewers I never actually saw a doctor and they tell me they dont do that treatment here. Why would they have me go through all of this when I was upfront from the beginning about my intentions? Not only are they not up to date on the latest treatment methods but they clearly do not listen to their patients. And because of this Im out several hours of my time and hundreds of dollars and goodness knows how much they billed insurance. I recommend finding an alternative provider
They rarely answer their phone and if you leave a message for a call back you rarely get it. They dont treat other health care professionals any better meaning they dont respond to faxed requests for records or return messages.
Its next to impossible to get a hold of someone and its rare they will return your call if you leave a message. The office is run very unprofessionally. It was a lot better 3 years ago but has steadily declined.
They are nicest people in the office I have ever met. They are friendly and professional and have always figured out anything I have asked or needed. The Doctor is Amazing did more for me in 3 appointments inside of two weeks that most other allergist would have taken months of appointments. If you could give them 100 stars that would be my rating
Wish I could give “ZERO” stars. Disrespectful. It felt like bait and switch. I NEVER SAW THE DOCTOR even though I made an appointment three weeks in advance confirming that the appointment was with the doctor and not with others in his office. On the day prior to the appointment the office called to confirm my appointment with Dr. Ahmed. I arrived early completed paperwork. Vitals were taken. An individual came into the room and told me he was shadowing Dr. Ahmed whom he hadn’t yet seen and that he was also a doctor his lab coat said then something about “transitional year”. An ARNP then came into the room and said she was working with Dr. Ahmed this week. I asked when I would see the doctor and the ARNP informed me that she hadnt seen him yet I told both in the room that my appointment was with the doctor not the ARNP and it was now 30 minutes past the time of appointment. The ARNP excused herself as eventually did the person claiming to shadow the doctor even though the doctor was not there. The ARNP subsequently returned to inform me that the doctor would arrive to the office in about an hour and I could wait since I wanted to see the doctor I declined. I had already spent 45 minutes in that office for nothing. I also declined to reschedule. Why would I risk this type of demeaning disrespectful treatment again? Bait and switchI made my appointment with the doctor and confirmed an appointment with the doctor only to have the doctor not be on premises at the time of my appointment and have others ask about my issues with no real purpose. There was something about the demeanor tone and mannerisms of the two individuals purporting to be medical professionals that made me suspicious. What were they attempting? Did they think I would accept less than what I was scheduled for? Did they think they could take advantage of me for whatever reasons I presentedrepresented to them? And how does a doctor’s office make appointments that the doctor does not keep and then not tell the patient that the doctor is not in?I would never recommend this practice to anyone
I made the mistake of going to this unorganized office. The doctors are friendly but if you are in need of an allergy doctor because you are suffering do not go here. You can call and leave messages with no response and forget it you need medications or refills. I have a new more processional provider now.
This office is highly unprofessional. The front desk asked my wife to verbally answer very personal questions in front of all the other clients in the waiting room as well as asking her to REMOVE HER MASK for them to take her photograph? Then when called back to be seen the “doctor” never even gave her an examination. He just sat there and asked questions and then disregarded our answers. To make matters worse they have not answered numerous followup callsemails. We have been calling and emailing for over a week now with absolutely no response. The answering service asks you to leave a message assuring a call back but they just don’t call back or reply to email. Avoid this place.Update Within a couple hours of posting this review my wife finally received a call back. So I’ll give an extra star.
Doctor Imtiaz care very much for his patients. Very instructed young fellow and dedicated to his people.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
