Don't come to this place. The therapist Milagros Colón is very rude and unprofessional. He mistreats and bully customers and co-workers.

I’ve been coming here for about 4 months and I meet with Ms.Colon once a week and I love working with her she is relatable understanding she’s a people person I feel like I’ve come a long way from when I first started counseling with her I would recommend this location to anyone needing to get any type of help in counseling or just need to talk to someone Shamika S

Mrs Colon ,along with staff are amazing. Especially toward the children ,which recieve therapy by Mrs Colon. She has taken the family into unity together for best interests of the children. I have been to 5 different therapist and countless counseling offices. None can compared to the abilities, nurturing courtesy and care that Mrs Colon has given this family. The staff here always receives you and smiles an open arm. The environment has felt safe and protects the well-being of the children. The confidence they have built with Mrs Colon is extremely important but also positive. Would recommend other family members who are searching for improvement and bettering their lives to come here to " Inspire Counseling& Support".

I only went for 3 visits, and never felt understood or truly listened to. First time I got there, I wasn’t wearing a mask. The counselor/psychologist told me I had to wear a mask next time, which I did, but the counselor never used it inside the therapy room. Second time, counselor gave me an attitude because I came in 15 minutes early to my appointment. Third visit counselor told me to hold for some time since they were dealing with a situation, waited 10 minutes only to fill out a paper while counselor was working on something else and talk about my paper for about 15-20 minutes only. Every time I went there, I felt like counselor didn’t want to work with me or that counselor was too busy with something else. Counselor kept giving me hopes every visit telling me about a treatment plan, but all I got every visit was a paper to write in, while counselor worked on something else. Moreover, counselor wouldn’t remember past visits and would ask for me to remember her what we talked about. It’s the first time this happens to me with a psychologist. All for them to collect more than $100 from my insurance to talk to me for 20 minutes every visit. Sorry but is a no-no for me. Never felt a counselor-patient relationship here.

Don’t go here. You go in for a specific evaluation and they decide if that’s not what you need they will force the state to pay for something else that you didn’t go in there for! Worst experience of my life! I went elsewhere and received the evaluation I needed! I rather pay out of pocket than to go to them again!

They don’t answer the phones. I’ve tried calling multiple times in a day all at different times. Left several voicemails and they still have yet to get back with me. If you need counseling go somewhere else that actually cares about you and wants to help. To the people running Inspire Counseling, You guys desperately need another person to answer phone calls and get back with patients.

I feel the lady here do there job are trying to help those trying to better there life and deal with problems we have and let us know we are not alone and there’s more people dealing with similar things and we can help each other to be better
