Terrible sitio para trabajar el abuso es horrible hacia los empleados departe de la esposa del doctor, faltas de respeto, Lali se les esconde a los paciente cuando dan complain y les deja las cargas alas muchachas, las estudiantes q se an enviado las maltrata las saca llorando.. El nivel de profesionalismo es horrible los el dr y la esposa discuten alfrente de los empleados y los pacientes..Ella no sabe hablar le grita a a los empleados.. El doctor solo habla de herbalife y politica y dando complaint q no quiere trabajar mas alli y q no le importa ya.. Los pacientes llaman a diario y hablan mal de ellos, los pacientes se le van por que no les da sus medicamentos y los referidos a tiempo.. NO LO RECOMIENDO PARA NADA NI COMO DR NI COMO JEFE.. Les gusta mentir y hacer discordia entre empleados buscando chismes este ambiente es muy hostil y abusivo.. Por eso los empleados y los doctores se le van no pueden con el abuso.. NO TRABAJEN PARA ESTE SR Y LA MUJER.. PESIMOS

No tengo idea del porque este doctor está atendiendo a seres humanos pq jamás había conocido un médico digo hasta la palabra le queda más q grande pq no se le ve la vocación no se si a otras personas le ha tocado la desgracia de ser atendidos por esta persona pero yo no llo recomiendo le da igual que tenga el paciente más juega con la salud sin importar las consecuencias lamentablemente así hay médicos q están por sentirse detrás de un escritorio y este señor que solo busca acomodarse en un puesto político dicho por el mismo pq ni atención presta al paciente a Dios gracias que salí de el y que pena que el doctor Aponte se fue, ojala lo saquen algun dia

This doctor is never available and everyone that works for him has no clue what’s really going on with the patients. I believe all his receptionist and nurses only speak Spanish and seems like they were scared to notify the doctor of any situation on the phone. Today my grandma had tele appointment at 1:15, a nurse called she had no clue of the situation or why she was calling. When I tried to get the doctor on the phone they kept insisting that he would call back. As I expected I received no phone call. I called back numerous times throughout the day and every time they would assure me that I would receive a callback, the call back never happen. At 4:30 I finally arrived at the office in person only to realize everyone in the office was gone.

First appt here was in Nov 2017. I left this practice in Dec 2018. No one ever answers the phone. They refused to give me my records and send records to Social Security. My disability was denied and I had to appeal and go through a whole review process again. During that time I lost insurance coverage. All Dr Rivera had to do was sign off on the records which he never did. New PCP has been requesting since July and still no records sent. Avoid this practice.

I had to wait more than two hours to see this dr, he was rude and slow, wont recommend.

I have been to this office multiple times and have seen him mistreat multiple of his employees. I have yet to see him actually treat a patient. His other doctors ( he has like 2) are constantly taking in patients which causes us to wait 40-60 minutes every visit. Never a good environment to go to when he's around.

Got discharged from hospital. Dr. Rivera would not follow hospital discharge instructions or give referrals out on first visit regardless of what the hospital discharge documents say. Told me to go back to the hospital and have them do it because Noone could make him do it. That this is his office and any office that would give out referrals on first visit were not good doctors and are wrong in doing so.
