I made an appointment online 4 months ago. There was 2 month wait to be seen. I was with the doctor for less than 20 minutes, and they charged over $500 for the visit. She sent me to get an endoscopy across the street to get an appointment set. They were also 2 months out to be seen. After I completed the procedure, I was told to go back across the street to make a follow-up appointment, and they told me the soonest appointment available was 2 months out! This is ridiculous! 6 months to get an answer about what is going on with my stomach. There should have been an appointment set one week after the procedure from the beginning. I have tried to call them to get something figured out, but nobody answers the phone, and they have not called me back. Now I'm trying to get my results so I can go to a better facility and the same thing, no answer and no call back... this place is going to be the reason I get ulsers...

I want to confess that when I got to the office I was scared to see so many patients, but they did everything so that we left on time and provided excellent treatment. I am very grateful to everyone. From the nurses, the Anesthesiologist and Dr. Rivera. All the staff Thank you!

Been trying for 2 days to get past their answering service, don't bother leaving a message, you won't get a call back. They need a better service because the one they have is Pitful

I feo ver comfortable with Dr. Rivera, since he left to just doing procedure all I have been experiencing is pretty bad service from the staff especially Marivel Quinones her deliverance of care was unacceptable.

I wish I could give a betrer review, however I habe been calling to schedule an appointment and no one answers or return my calls. Ohh well time to find another doctor.

I have no issues with the attending. However, the issue is NO one picks up the phone and they do not return your messages I called for 3 days straight, and no one picked up the phone! As I sat there waiting on my appointment 2 current patients came in just to schedule appointments, they both mentioned to the receptionist that no one answers phones nor return messages, one said she drove 10 miles to make an appointment. funny thing is that I did not hear the phone ring at all. Ladies, you need to do better at answering and returning calls!
