I'm sorry dr Cruz is great but Dr. Rivera at the semoron location diagnose my husband with sinus infection and more and didnt sent his med to the pharmacy i had to call and my husband still have to wait for a response he is not doing well and the doctor got payed for nothing how do u forget your patient meds when u told him you were sending it

Please avoid this doctor and office. The wait time is an hour and she puts untrue medical results in your record which results in giving you a lot of medication that you do not need. She controls all referrals and if she feels you do not need it, you will not get it. Too much control for me that’s why she’ll no longer be my doctor.

Wait time depends when you go. Mornings are longer late afternoon is an hour. Did not like medical diagnosis on my records not discussed prior nor aware of. Definitely did not agree. Changing doctors and insurance due to required referrals not received. Do not recommend.

Why do they make so many appointments at the same time where people don’t fit in the waiting room? My husband and I went for our blood test and our appointment was for 8:00 AM. We had to wait outside to be called in. 8:30 came and no call on our phones. My husband asked the outside person if we were called and she stated no so we left. At 9:30 my husband gets a call by the person drawing blood. Seriously you expect to have someone waiting who hasn’t eaten for a hour and a half. Apparently they can’t handle the amount of people they schedule. Looking for another doctor now.
