After the first visit, I was referred to the physician's assistant and rarely saw the doctor, even when I was dealing with major medical issues. The office didn't return calls well and when I was referred to a specialist, they lost all my test results so the specialist had to re-run everything, delaying timely treatment.

After 2 ER visits and 2 visits to his PC Doc and 6 weeks of treatmentfor a sinus infection he didn'thave, Dr. Cruz took only 2 minutes to diagnose my husband's brain bleed. My husband was in the trama center operating room within 5 hours. Dr. Cruz's immediate diagnosis saved his life.
