I came in to see Dr. Massey as a new patient with some heart conditions. He came in and spent about 2 minutes looking at the chart and left. He barely explained anything and he did not listen to patient’s concerns. Would not recommend this doctor.

Dr Massey is a wonderful doctor. His office staff however is very very rude. I’ve been waiting over a week to be scheduled for an urgent stress test. Unbelievable! And they have or refuse to provide chairs without sides for larger patients. I am handicapped and cannot stand for long periods of time but the staff did not care.

The doctor is great but the nurse that's on call never answers phone, never calls back or does not call in prescriptions. When you leave office your on your own. I was having an emergency with my blood pressure meds and she said why didn't I call earlier and then hung up the phone on me. I will file a complaint with the American medical association.

Dr Massey is a wonderful doctor. My grandmother went there and he took great care of her. She needed a pacemaker and he made an exception to get her in ASAP. I would definitely recommend him.

WHERE TO BEGIN... I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT 45 MINUTES + TO BE SEEN. ALSO, THIS OFFICE BILLS YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS FOR SERVICES DONE AT THEIR OFFICE BUT WONT TELL YOU UPFRONT HOW MUCH YOUR COPAY WILL BE. THEY EXPECT YOU JUST TO RECEIVE A BILL AND BE ABLE TO PAY IT ALL! NOT TO MENTION THE ENTIRE STAFF ARE WORTHLESS AND HAVE SUCH POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ESPECIALLY TATIANA, NOT SURE HOW SHE IS STILL WORKING THERE!

If google allowed me to give 0 out 5 stars to this establishment, I would. My husband and I waited over 2 and a half hours for his first cardiology appointment... just to be attended by a rude and unprofessional staff.
