Jorge Otoya's Online Review Report Card

In the last 4 weeks, I have left 3-4 messages on Anna’s voice mail ( new patient coordinator) I have yet to reviewed a call back. I speak English clearly, I have left not only my name , the doctors office that referred me but I include my telephone number twice In the beginning and then again at the end of the message. Whatever the issue with this office, being a caring and responsive office is on the top of the list. (I also have great insurance)

el doctor es excelente pero su asistente es lo mas desagradable y prepotente que humano algunos puede ni siquiera imaginar, la peor experiencia que he tenido de una profesional con cero educacion ,prefiero morir antes de recibir un trato de esa clase nuevamente.

Terrible service the employee in department of scheduling is a disrespectful lady with ZERO consideration for customer patient service,will not be attending that office never.

I can honestly say that Dr. Otoya saved my life! I am so glad I stumbled across 'Osceola Cancer Center' Facebook page. Once I read all the amazing reviews for Dr. Otoya I knew he was the dr. for me. I came to Dr. Otoya for a second opinion when I was diagnosed with a second cancer (cervical) two years after my first (colon). I had been told that surgery was not an option, and that I should begin chemo and radiation right away before it spread. I was very discouraged, anemic, tired, and just fed up with drs, tests, scary news...The moment Dr. Otoya came in to the situation, everything changed. His staff was friendly, supportive, and helpful. He was obviously a brilliant doctor and as his patient, I felt that I had the complete focus of his brilliant mind on my case both in the immediate moment, and long term. He is his own man in the field of medicine, and instead of working within a big cancer center (has his own private practice), he has relationships with the best people everywhere. He will hand pick the best options for your case. His reputation for excellence precedes him, and he will give you the best care. As his patient, I felt like he was there for me in every aspect, every step of the way. He drew things on paper so that I could understand. He always had all the facts of my case clearly in his mind, and I know that he was and is working tirelessly every day. After my surgery, he helped to determine that my cervical cancer was actually a recurrence of colon cancer. Thank God I went to see him, and thank God that there are true visionary doctors out there amongst the regular practitioners. Personally, I am a huge fan of Dr. Otoya's personality. Excellence is his standard, and you can trust that. Whatever your situation, if he is your doctor, you are in the best hands possible.

Excelente servicio y atencion a los pacientes , lo vivimos con mi madre la cual fue diagnosticada con cancer en los pulmones y gracias a Dios a salido adelante y gracias al cuidado y las atenciones del Dr.Otoya.
