The doctor may be OK but due to their mask policy and uptight/ rude staff I won’t be returning. I have zero Covid symptoms or a diagnosis of it. I had a mask but they told me I couldn’t enter unless I wore another one I didn’t bring that literally suffocated my Face…I will not be returning and felt it was unprofessional and micromanaged

This doctor is kind and empathetic! He listened to my complaints and barely rolled his eyes when I explained all my Google searches as to what I think was wrong with me! Very thorough and I never felt rushed. My new favorite doctor!

Very happy to find a doctor who listens to his patient. Dr. Rodriguez is friendly and made me feel like family. I have already recommended it to other people. I feel much better with my health.

Dr. Rodriguez said on CNN that 81 percent of Australian citizens are vaccinated, FAILING TO MENTION THE BRUTAL TYRANNY OF THE AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT AND POLICE! Dr. Rodriguez also ignored that many people have suffered terrible side effects from Covid vaccines: from fainting and paralysis to blood clots , cancer, heart attacks, and DEATH!

After several months, multiple tests, and hundreds of dollars in bills later, I am back on the same medication for acid reflux that my primary care doctor had originally prescribed. Apparently, I just had a lot of acid reflux this whole time but it took Dr. Rodriguez a long time to come to that conclusion. If you are in desperate need of a good GI doc, I would just find one at Cedars because he was eventually going to refer me to a doc there because he couldn't figure out what was going on with me even thought it was a simple issue... Also, his staff isn't the best either. They were terrible at following up and I always had to call them to hear about my test results, billing, etc.

Dr Jorge is still my doctor, four years later, which says a lot about him and the care that he, and his staff provide. They've helped me through difficult times and I know that they're there for me when I need them--which is a great comfort! Especially during the pandemic, they provide a safe environment - generally there's nobody else in the waiting room and you are only there for a few minutes. Ryan does a great job at the front desk, calls and emails are answered in a timely way, and questions are always answered. Diana, Dr. Jorge's nurse, is friendly, efficient, and can draw blood painlessly! And Dr. Jorge is as knowledgeable, supportive, and friendly as ever. If you need a gastro doc, you can't do better than Dr. Jorge and his staff -- and I'd recommend him for a GP, too!
