Dr Esat has been like a guardian angel with my dad sometimes even taking on the responsibility of other doctors, She is truly the best and cares about her patients, love her!! Dr Esat you are appreciated

She had zero knowledge or interest regarding my problem. I was referred by my PCP. Ridiculous my insurance was billed when she stated she had no idea how she could help me.

This by far has been one of the best, if not the best physician I have come across. Not only does she take the time to see patients outside of schedule but she also takes the time to sit down and explain their condition, treatments, includes the patient in treatment option. I have never seen someone like Dr. Esat who goes the extra miles and advocates for her patients. God bless you!

Dr. Mariam Esat is a very caring doctor. She takes her time with each patient and makes sure all of my questions are answered. Yes, there was an issue in the past with the phones, but I was assured that the issue was resolved. In fact, when I called the office, I did not have an issue. I thank God for Dr. Esat and other doctors like her. We definitely need more doctors like her in the world.

Dr ESAT. is very passionate about her patients. usually Doctors only spend 10-15min with patients but Dr Esat takes her time and go over everything and answer any questions you might have. She is very knowledgable and will go to to extreme to help out; she knows every doctors in town so she will call them all the time if she needs to get a full view of the patient care.

So I just got her number and she comes highly recommended so at 9 this morning I had started calling and here it is after 11 and the line is still busy not able to get through. How can somebody come highly recommended if you're not able to get in contact with them. And it's not like there's a bunch of specialists in the Kissimmee area. I'm not sure this is the doctor for me I think I'm going to need to report this to the insurance this is very unacceptable. I wish I could give zero Stars

This medical office, staff, and Dr. are not even worthy of a one star. I should of heeded the reviews from other established patients before making an appointment. Dr. Esat was highly referred by my primary care physician. After attempting to contact the office to make my appointment - their line was often busy - I told the girl at the front desk who answered the phone, Liam (sp?) that I was referred by my MD and my information was faxed over to their office. Another red flag was that she could not make an appointment for me unless I had their new patient paperwork completed. I have worked within the medical field for over a decade and have never heard of that, but I digress. After converting to Liam that I was very sick, she had an appointment for the following week. Later that day, she did call me back and stated that the doctor would be able to see me via telehealth visit the following day. Apparently, this doctor is not seeing patients in person - which is very surprising. My appointment was at 10:30am the following morning. I was never even seen!!! I waited, and waited, and waited via their telehealth app as instructed. All the while, being extremely sick. No one ever called. Thank the Lord for my family and their concern. They called the office and were met with extreme unprofessionalism from the staff. At one point the supervisor stated, “well, I don’t know what to tell you. What do you want us to do!?” I have never encountered such behavior on part of a medical professional; in this case, a medical novice. After a few more calls, my appointment was moved to 4:15. I logged on, and nothing ever happened. No follow-up call or even an email. I contacted my primary physician and told them of my ordeal. Needless to say, they will no longer be referring patients to this establishment. Furthermore, Dr. Esat never even bothered to contact me - had the staff properly executed their position. STAY AWAY!!! Read prior reviews. I am not the only one that they have done this to.

Pésima la atención tienes q esperar hasta 3 horas para q la doctora te atienda solo 10 min ,,, y médicamente también es pésima aun no me da resultado de mi dolor 😔

Been with Dr Esat since 2005. Very well educated in her field. Staff in office has issues which I know she is working on it. Very busy but worth the wait. Recommend her to anyone

worst practice ever. The doctor is very unprofessional ,leaves the room every time she receives a call and wait time is ridiculous.
