I had a 10:10 appointment today 5/25/2021, upon arriving at my appointment, I told the lady at the desk, I have Medicare, which is my primary insurance, she took my Cigna and drivers license, made a copy of that but said that my Cigna over road my Medicare. Then asked me for a co pay of $20.00, I told her I have never paid a co pay, away she went to ask her supervisor, she came back yes she needed a co pay of $20.00, I asked how do I get this back then. Away she went again and asked someone in the back office. She then came back and said when open enrolment comes about I need to call them and set something up with them. by this time I knew the office staff had no idea what they were doing and walked out. This is the poorest ran office I have even been in. Will spread the word around this retirement community about this poor ran office and to run not walk away from them in Lake Wales FL.

I called Associates in Dermatology thing Dr. Steepie was going to see me and I've heard many great things about him. Not every office takes the same insurances so they sent me to the one that takes mine. I get there and Dr. Steepie is never in that office, he's not even the one to see patients, is just this practician nurse who sees patients, which right away she gave me a bad vibe and I don't really like her fake attitude and personality. I wouldn't go back. Horrible. I want a real Doctor.
