Me atendió solo una vez , me mando 3 exámenes , me realizaron dos pero siempre me posponían las citas para el otro examen y para la lectura de mis resultados ,muy mal servició y yo esperando mis resultados porque muy importantes.

I needed 1 test for my eyesight. Any other doctor I’ve been to for this test was a 2 hour visit. I’ve moved a few times and had to find new doctors, so when I spent just 2-3 minutes with the doctor at my “appointment” I was flabbergasted to receive a list of 4 additional appointments. I called the office to have these appointments explained; I had to call twice because the first employee couldn’t explain my planned “test”. I called again the day before my appointment and was told it would take the full day so I made work arrangements. After a 40-minute wait in the lobby the next morning I was told my appointment had been canceled the previous day. I told the receptionist that my appointment was confirmed by a live office person the previous day! I canceled all my appointments. I found a highly rated 1 appt doctor (unless doctor finds a problem) after leaving that office. I felt sorry for the receptionist, he was very nice and he dealt with a lot of cranky people.

My experience has been excellent, both with the medical part and with the staff. I think that going to a medical consultation we must have a lot of patience and tolerance, because there are many patients who attend Dr Cartwright's consultation, I work In the health area I know what it is to work with the public! and I ask God to give the dr life and health 🙏 Good afternoon Dr Cartwright! I am writing to you because I have a follow on 05/19/2023 with you and they have been canceled several times. Please, next week could you please help me and excuse the abuse.

in need of phone edique patience and manners

Close to impossible to make an appointment! I called 3 times and no one answered. Today I went to make an appointment in person. Front desk stuff is rude and totally disrespectful! They have no control of the waiting area. I asked to talk to the manager because after me waiting for 40 min she was refusing to make appointment. Girl told me that she is a top lead and never bothered to call the manager. Long story short I got appointment in May! She told me that it was the first available, but the gentleman before me( also first time client ) got it for next Thursday. So I have hard time to believe that May was the first available but oh well. The doctor was highly recommended to me by my friend and that is the only reason I will try to go for my appointment.

Rude, nonprofessional, incompetent staff. Brilliant doctor deserves at least good staff, please don't answer my review, instead fix the problem.

Este Dr, Cartwright me diagnostico q tenia Cataratas , Varias personas incluyendo Amistades y familiares me dijeron trata una Segunda opinion porque para Este oftalmologo Todo El Mundo tiene Catarata . Pues fui a una Segunda opinion con otro especialista q mi Suegra me recomendo, ya q a la pobre le inyectaban la Retina (El Dr Cartwright)y Ella fue aun Especialista q se especialista de Retina y ese especialista le dijo mi Suegra usted puede preder su vision, usted no necesita seguir inyectando y le arreglo El Problema de su Presion de los Ojos de mi Suegra ya iba a preder su vista porque Este Dr, Cartwright la seguir inyectando y El no es Retinologo. Gracias a Dios en Mi Caso , Cuando fui a la Segunda opinion El nuevo Dr Oftalmologo q visite me dijo ( El de la Segunda opinion) . Sr usted "No Tiene Catarata,"despues de los examenes me dijo Usted lo q necesita es una Nueva Prescription de lentes. Q Horrible no Vayan a Este Dr Cartwright, cuenta le dara Al de Arriba

This whole organization should be closed. Expect 20 + minute holds, MEDIOCRE Customer Service, and to be Hung Up on. How they're still operating after all the bad reviews is beyond me. Ownership, I've seen you responding to other reviewer which is nice, but I don't see positive results. You only get 1 star because Google requires it to post a review. Please do Better. Train Better or shut down and let Better people service the community.
