During my appointment the whole process felt very rushed. I was placed in the room for the Dr. to check my eyes, then told to sit in the waiting room again, then back and fourth twice. (All without my contacts off and I can’t see very well). You can tell the Dr was just trying to do everything as quickly as possible and I felt uncomfortable asking questions at that point. Now I come to pick up my contact lenses. I’m thinking this is going to be a quick trip as it always has been for many other eye doctors. No, they have you sign in and wait in the waiting area. It took 20mins for them to call my name, again this is just to pick up my contacts.

I was highly disappointed with my service the first two times I came here for my eyes, however they turned it around fully! The doctor was incredibly thorough this time and Doris the store manager was incredibly accommodating. They rectified my situation and went above and beyond to make sure this was the last time I needed to come in this year. Thank you!!!

I recently received glasses I couldn't see out of. I work at my computer and couldn't see the icons on the desktop. I let the clinic know and they advised I needed a recheck. I went in today to be seen by the same doctor and told him specifically I couldn't see well out of my left eye multiple times during the exam and he chalked it up to my astigmatism. I am waiting for a call back from a manager as if I wanted a second opinion they are intending on charging me for another eye exam.

Update: I am now sitting back at the eye doctor and couldn’t be happier. Doris the store manager was incredibly accommodating and has superb customer service. Doctor Fraser I saw this time ensured that my prescription was correct and they went above and beyond to rectify this for me. Thank you!!! Terrible service. They are racist and only care about you if you speak Spanish. After picking up my glasses they had 7 people available and we were 2 but the guy said one person would take care of us so he could slack off. Also the lady helping us didn't even try to ask if the glasses fit or gave any advice so I had to do all of the fitting for my wife because the lady was being unhelpful. Don't come here, just pick anywhere else! Unprofessional and racist.
