Osceola Community Health Services's Online Review Report Card

If I could not give any stars I would. This place is a complete joke. You cannot get in touch with the office unless you go through the call center. It takes forever for the call center to even answer the phone. I was late to my appointment about 15 minutes. It was raining and there was an accident. Well can't get in touch with anyone to re schedule my appt if need be. I got there and the front office lady said well mam you are late. I will see if the Dr. Can see you. Of course the Dr. Didnt want to see me. So she said I would have to re schedule my appt. Also the Dr. Gave me some medication that I was allergic too broke out into hives everywhere. Well couldn't leave a message to let Dr. Knkw bc mail box is full. This practice like I said is a joke. Dr. Harris is not a good Dr. To go to. She is rude and doesn't t are her patients very seriously. This should be a Mal practice suit waiting to happen. Tanks

Horrible, if I could give zero stars I would! Choose another location if you can, waited 2 hours just to be seen I would have left but didn’t want my time waiting to have been for nothing

Nunca te llaman a la hora de la cita. Si tienes referido te dicen que te van a llamar y siéntate a esperar. Yo tuve que buscar el radiology y peliar con el plan medico para que lo aprobarán. No se lo recomiendo a nadie. 😵😵

Worst experience ever I got to my Doctors Appointment at 9:15 and left at 1pm waited 4 long hours to see Dr.Christine Justice she’s the slowest Doctor I’ve ever been too had me waiting a long time in the waiting area due to not having rooms available stated the front desk lady that didn’t even apologize for the long wait then I get to the room and wait even longer for Dr Justice to see me and when she finally comes she literally sees me for 2 minutes so I waited 4 hours to be seen 2 minutes that’s ridiculous really waisted my whole morning at the poinciana location really bad services and on top of that I’m sick with congestion and bad sore throat and didn’t even give me no antibiotics and said to get medication over the counter like really , in general bad customer service and Doctors sucks first and last time they will see me in that place !!!

The front desk girl and MA are really nice and sweet, too bad that the Dr. isn’t mindful of her patients time... My appointment was for 9:45am and after an hour i was placed into an exam room however another hour passed by and when I asked the front desk about the delay I was told that the Dr. had just gone into another room and I would be next, after waiting for 2 and a half hours I decided to walk out and called my insurance so that they wouldn’t pay for that appointment as I wasn’t even seen by a doctor....

I was there to take my nephew I am in the process of adopting. The front desk could not be more ignorant and incompetent. The receptionist was absolutely the rudest person ever. She slammed the window evertime someone asked her a question. One star rating is too good for them. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

The doctor was great at being quick and directing me to a good orthopedist. HOWEVER, I know 1st graders who would do a better job than these front office workers. They are only there one day a week!! How in the world could they take TWO months to send my records where I need them go? And they told me they sent the records to my current PCP and that was a bold face lie. My current PCP said she has yet to receive them. I will be taking legal action for the dishonesty regarding legal documents. Hope they shut down.
