Do not send your children here! Even when you do get an appointment you would expect for them to schedule your follow up appointments right then and there. But this is the first dentist I have been to that tells you they cannot schedule you due to no available appointments. They tell you to call back to schedule. Mind you their phones are ALWAYS high call volume so just calling back is impossible due to that. The average person works so we don’t have time to play phone games! They need to re-evaluate their scheduling process ASAP. Because my children need to be seen and I can’t even get an appointment because they are always booked up and they tell you to call back on a Monday when their schedule opens and guess what just to be told the same thing again. You may have to drive further to another dentist but that is what I’m going to do because I refuse to continue dealing with this foolishness. This is not acceptable. Please beware.

Can never get anyone to answer the phones every time I call

The worst! I’ve been trying to get an appointment for my daughter for the past 4 monthsThey say call Monday, you call Monday and they answer after a whole hour of waiting just to tell you the calendar for the week is booked to try again next Monday, to then tell you the same thing when you call the next Monday. Tried to go in to make it in person and they don’t make appointments in person- just by phone. It’s ridiculous!

FYI....People need to be aware that this clinic although it says “Osceola Community Health Services” it is not an Osceola county clinic and will charge you just as any other medical clinic or dental office as they are a private clinic. The name is misleading and as I refer clients I realized this is misleading to the public and by no means is this a government funded or place to go if you are hit by COVID and unemployed.

They never answer the phone!!!

Was able to set up my aunt who lost insurance and her job at Disney during Covid. She was able to see Dr. Byerly who was attentive and quick. Met all her needs and she is now an established patient

Called ,never able to reach anyone . When you call you get put on hold for about 20 mins and it hangs up on you and when you call back says line is busy and hangs up .

This place is the worst i called the dentist side & was on hold & kept getting hung up on i then called the medical side & waited for a whole hour for someone to answer the phone only to tell me they had to transfer me to the dentist side & what do you know.... Again i ended up waiting another half hour for no one to answer the phone ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS!!!!!

I've reported this wretched place since I've visited the office, called, and requested several appointments by website form and since March or April I still cannot get an appointment and this is the only place that accepts my insurance. I will keep reporting them maybe they should have new management! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
