Pesimo, horrible se llama y no contestan ni los correos de voz. Y cuidado con la información personal que den chicas. Esta gente de esa clinica no son muy profesionales que digamos. La divulgan .. lo digo por experiencia propia. Mejor busquen otro ginecólogo. Análisis que no están ni al dia. Estan bien a lo loco ahi.

Este es el peooor lugar para atenderte en el cuidado prenatal. La señora que tiene que dar los referidos no lo hace bien su trabajo, tengo que esperar meses para poder obtener un referido para hacerme una ecografia.Terrible servicio...

Ridiculous service for phone. Caring team when you are inside and great physician. Once you are out the office; they forget to send your referral, and weeks will go by. Office direct line is voicemail full. Other options are only voicemail and they will reach out within a few days. The main Osceola Health Dept line will put you through an appointment but directly to the office. Definitely do not recommend. I had to drive over to the office and ask for my unborn child’s referral.

The phone service is horrible! I've called 6 times and kept getting dropped. Even before this CoVid thing, the phone just rings non-stop and no one picks up; and when they do, you get disconnected.

Llevo 23 meces en esta clinica llevando a mi niño desde que nacio a un buen pedriata. Pero hoy mi esposo llevo a nuestro hijo a una cita y lo an echo esperal en el carro con mi bebe y este mal tiempo con lluvia. No deveria ser asi. Entiendo el covid pero si tienen mucha gente para que cogen pacientes uno tras otros. Estoy muy molesta que meden este trato a mi familia por no saber cordinarse bien en su trabajo. Buscare otro pedriata para mi hijoGracias

Terrible service. Lack of respect for your time. They text me yesterday to arrive 15 min before a 7:45am appointment. They arrive late to work to only make you wait for paper work they claim to need to print but provided me with paper work sitting on the desk! Absolutely ridiculous! I guess this is what you get with lack of insurance to pay a private practice. If you can avoid this place! I recommend you stay away! It is about 8:45 and I am still waiting to be seen!

The people working here are terrible. They are joking around showing each other their photos on cellphones like they don’t have patience waiting to be seen. Horrible clinic. They need competent employees.
