List of Paul Sovran's Reviews
I called Dr. Sovran's office after hours, to get advice on an urgent (but not emergency) medical situation for my elderly father. He called back and gave confusing directions about how to use one of the medications we had on hand. When I asked for clarification (because I'm not a doctor and certainly this kind of thing is not second nature to me), he quite literally yelled at me. He was extremely belittling. I was in so much shock that I had to end the call. I sought out a new doctor the next day. Look, I am sure after-hours situations are annoying, but hire a service if you don't want to treat your patients and their caregivers with respect. Insult to injury was when I found out that he charges for patient records to be sent to another provider for the continuation of care. I'm sorry, what? Just because this is legal, doesn't mean it's right. How can you say you care about the health of your patients and then not send necessary details regarding their past treatment to their next provider? Such a joke. Just to add, his office staff were always very friendly and fairly responsive.
Great doctor
Excellent staff & support services, easy to make appointments!
Doctor and staff are very knowledgeable, caring and professional.
Caring and concerned about the well being of his patients
The doctor himself is a good guy, but the way they handle their patients is a bit ludicrous. If you need any documents from the office, prepare to pay up to $40 for them, as well as needing to pay for an entire medical appointment simply to get a document. If you end up doing all of that, it could still take them up to two weeks to actually get you what you need. When I attempted to discuss a compromise with the office manager, she got a bad attitude with me. They have no compassion for their patients, only for the business' bottom line. Highly recommend looking elsewhere.
I have been a patient of Dr. Sovran for over two years. We never had any issues with Dr. Sovran but we had issues with the irregularities in the billing department. We recently have to pay a bill that didn't makr any sense, the bill was sent to us almost a year old, it was charging us for services that at that moment were covered by our insurance, we were dealing with Melissa, we had questions that they couldn't explain they just blamed our insurance. Unfortunately l will not longer visit that office and it is my opinion that l WILL NOT recommend this office. Thank you.
Buen Doctor, bien comunicativo, atento y responde a otras preguntas que tengas sobre otro tipos de enfermedades. También te da el tiempo necesario para atender a uno.
Excellent service. Dr. and his staff are attentive and caring. His goal is to keep us out of the hospital! Love that video appointments are available too! Been seeing him for 8 years. Take my 90 yr. old mother there too! She is very pleased with Dr. Sovran.
NOT A VERY NICE FELLOW

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
